I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Lightbox in Sheffield. Their support service is absolutely horrible – it’s almost impossible to get a helpful or timely response.

They’re quick to charge you for things unfairly without proper explanation, and when questioned, they avoid accountability.

Additionally, the main entrance door was never closed properly for over a month, which has led to multiple parcels going missing from the lobby. This is a serious security issue, yet nothing has been done to resolve it.

To make matters worse, the lift was out of service for over a month, and despite repeated complaints, it still wasn't been repaired.

It’s very disappointing to pay rent and receive such poor service and neglect. I would not recommend this property unless major improvements are made in how they treat tenants and maintain the building.

Bought a men’s jacket on the 18/5 when it arrived it was terrible colour material all very poor quality now the seam are falling apart he cannot wear it it’s a disgrace tried to get in touch with to get my money back that’s near impossible will never buy of this place again and will make sure I let my friend know.After seeing all these bad reviews I now know why I could not get my photos and review were rejected by there online site

Do not use this company. They do not like returns/refunds and make it very difficult. In the end you give up and lose your money.

They go through the motions, but basically you get back £0.00. Looks good but goods are rubbish. My advice use a good UK company with good customer services and an email to contact if things go wrong. You have been warned I lost £47.

Clothing not as advertised cheaper quality than their pictures return policy sucks!

Dodgie as, The only quick thing about lightbox is taking your money.

This company must have contravened consumer legislation by now. Lets see, apart from a massive wait on delivery the t-shirts I bought looked nothing like the pictures, and when you try to leave a bad review it conveniently flashes up with the message "server busy!" or something to that effect. Avoid.

Bought 2 shirts ,really can't tell what material they are made of ,no where near what they look like on website and one is sewn inside out.We will never buy from this site again .Buyer be where!!!!!

Iam still waiting for my order I place in order 5 weeks ago .I wrote and email to them put no delivery still they told me that it was going to be sent immediately we are in February and haven't resive my purchase over $200 dollars 😡

I received shoes with inferior quality and they have tried to get me to take a discount on the charge when.i said no I'll return they and want full refund they said I have to pay for return shipping and no refund till theyvrecive in 4 to 6veeks. Dont use them go to another provider.

Absolute scammers. They will send you crap, then apologies and say to send it back and once they get it refund your shipping money. I paid $150 for an order of clothes that could have been from the dollar store. They look completely different then the photos online. I asked the courier how much the cheapest shipping would be and its $117.00. I have been back and forth with these people and given the run around with no end in site. I will be contacting my credit card company to report their misrepresentation. You have been warned, do not buy from this company. I

Ordered a dress and then my card was scammed. Do not use this company.

It is a scamming website had a really bad experience shopping with the have been charged for the product $38 NZD but product is not delivered instead they are saying that your order has been canceled. Please everyone avoid this website they are scammers

sent to them, you've not answered my question, and your returns policy is total rubbish, you expect people to sent back to China at same cost as item. That's not a returns policy it's blackmail, you give 30% as if it where a great deal but in fact it's an insult when the same item is on ebay for half the cost in the first place and also is free from China. The web site is just one big scam and can't really be call a company with a proper setup for returns or customer service

Avoid these people . I ordered a dog coat for £17 . When it arrived it would of fitted a hamster . I contacted them , no response . I filed a dispute with PayPal . Then they answered ! Telling me I needed to prove the coat was too small and I would get ‘a partial’ refund after sending it back at high cost to China . I’ve decided to cut my losses and to just never be stupid enough to use this awful company again .

Please don't waste your time bought four pair of hiking convertible pants.

None of the fit. According to their size chart I'm a XX LG or xxx LG.

Cali girl here for some 5-7 juniors or woman jeans or shorts. Knit work out pants I'm a small.

Return policy if they can find your order is harsh. They take weeks to send your order but because the sale can't be found or invoice or wrong name on charges . Won't return money. For clothing that may look a little like photo but fitting you is a joke

The worst company on the net If I read before to order I would never ever buy from them... I buy from them but I never I ordered from them but they never send me my order.

Paid £12 for express delivery of 2-5,days and the parcel was received after 14 days
They just emails thank you for your patience when I enquired
They are advertising for a service they are unable to follow through
Please do not use!

I wish I read the reviews...I can't believe PayPal still allows transactions with this site...they should have a warning about dealing with Lightbox any of the reviews that gave them a higher rating are FAKE!!!
