Min vare er aldrig nået frem, men de har selvfølgelig trukket pengene. Heldigvis var der kun tale om en bøjlestang til kr. 250, så jeg overlever nok tabet.

Jeg har kontaktet dem mange gang, men jeg har kun fået en slags auto-robot-svar. Og de svarer ikke på mine spørgsmål. De svarer i øst og vest. Jeg har endda bedt dem om at ringe til mig, og så fik jeg et auto-svar om at der var forsinkelser mm. De vil tilsyneladende ikke i telefonisk kontakt med deres kunder.

Det er første gang, at jeg oplever dette problem med en internet-butik.

Hold jer langt væk fra denne virksomhed/hjemmeside. Der er stor risiko for, at du mister dine penge.

I wish I had read these reviews before I brought shoes from this company.
When I placed the order 3 weeks before my sons birthday I was told it would be here in 5 business days. They arrived 3 weeks after his birthday which was an issue in itself however one of the led lights was broken in one which was the reason he wanted them. I have emailed several times asking for a new light that I can put in the shoe and every single email has been ignored over the course of sending the emails for 3 weeks.

Har bestilt og betalt for en vare for meget lang tid siden, har fået en mail med track & trace nr. at varen er sendt, men nr. eksistere ikke, det er nu 6 uger siden?
Har kontaktet firmaet flere gange på mail, uden held.
Handler aldrig der mere.

I wouldn’t buy anything from this company. As it’s been over a month still no show on product. They pretty much don’t give a ...... told me to contact the local post office. I have bought items from China and I know the customer care can be bad but. OMG this one is the WORST. Will never use again and will tell people not to use.

An absolute con, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, lowest possible standard of product possible and somehow, according to them 32 inches is different in china as it is in the rest of the world. The returns policy is a sham with little real chance of getting a replacement for your crappy product. Lesson Learnt here, never ever buy from these guys o under any circumstance you WILL BE CONNED.

A sham company with the worst ever customer sales support. They are high handed and dismissive of your situation and I believe breaking Consumer Law with their returns policy. Do not order anything from this disgraceful company.

Light in a box review ..... ordered 2wks ago . Got an email saying product on its way. Now 20th December saying I can have a discount code for other products as this is delayed .

do not buy products from this website the worst quality and now they do not respond when I contact them, they constantly close my ticket, I had better experiences on wish, I will try to police report it !!

I bought items they put wrong address on it and now I keep chasing for refund they keep saying wait as item should return to sender after 1 month still not been received by them!!!!!!!!!, don't buy any thing from them as they are nightmare,

Ordered a replacement strap for my tom tom golf watch which arrived within a few weeks. It was very poor quality and a very small fit. Asked to return at my expense for refund but received a standard email advising no refund allowed. WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and would advise you not to unless you want to buy inferior products from a company with poor customer service.

Placed order unaware products would be subject to customs charge in UK. Order arrived 8 weeks after placed and withheld by royal mail until I paid £16.99 for them to deliver. I queried this and light in the box said it wasnt their responsibility. The goods were cheap, small, and one cycling top was snagged.
NEVER AGAIN.

En principio escribí una muy mala opinión porque no recibí el pedido y creí que era una estafa. Pero al final después de unos meses, al parecer por problemas de aduana, se solucionó, y me han devuelto el dinero. Al final reconozco que no fue culpa de Light in the box y que se han portado bien.
Hay que rectificar si uno se equivoca

Det har været en meget dårlig måde jeg er blevet behandlet på. Jeg har aldrig modtaget varen kun opkrævning på beløbet

PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING!
This company is the most useless frustrating business I have ever dealt with.
After repeatedly being told my order is on its way, 8 weeks later it has still Not arrived. To add to this I have asked for my money back on many occasions...which they have refused!!
I am now in the position where I am emailing them to find out what is going on and just receiving a standard copy and paste response, which makes no actual sense to my complaint. I am surely £40 down now, I don’t expect I will ever see the goods I ordered which were actually a gift from my son for Father’s Day.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, I reckon there is a good chance you will be charged and won’t receive anything.

I don't even know why I'm giving this scam of a company a star, I'm very angry and I can't pretend to be okay...I have to cancel my wedding because of this fake company and they refusing to refund me. I can't let this rest, I'm going to take this further not with my hard earned money
