Sehr schwere Rückversand. Habe beim letzten mal schon mal schlechte Bewertung abgegeben und man wollte sich sofort darum Kümmern aber bis heute keine Geldzurückzahlung erhalten oder Reaktion mehr.
Also dringend davon abzuraten Betrugsmasche.

Nel mese di Aprile avevo scritto una recensione negativa riguardo questa azienda, dopo avere contattato il servizio clienti mi hanno rimborsato l'intero importo dei pantaloni che non corrispondevano alla misura giusta.
Sono grata di questo e ringrazio della loro buona volontà.

Ik dacht belazerd te zijn maar vandaag toch het vest ontvangen Kwaliteit lijkt redelijk maar te veel geld voor dit artikel. Mouwloos vest besteld voor ongeveer € 43 . Nooit bevestiging ontvangen voor verzending

I order a white lamp ( for vide). after 2 weeks got a black one. Because the people who can hang this lamp at 5 mtr. go away, i have no choise than to keep the black one. Also sending back to china and hoping for your money back....

Really shockingly poor quality. The shirt they sent bore no relation to the one pictured and was cheaply made without functioning pocket buttons. Do NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS! They refuse to enter into a discussion about a return or any kind of refund despite claiming they have opened a ticket on their cut and paste response to complaints. They spend a fortune on internet advertising only to rip you off with shoddy merch. It pays to stick with a trusted brand and not try to get a “bargain”. The rubbish they sell is unwearable and a complete waste of time and money. Google should be ashamed of themselves allowing such companies to feature anywhere in their searches.
If you take the time to read their 5* reviews you will quickly see these are fake. The same pat phrases are used again and again. They are so clearly scammers flooding the world with shoddy goods at the cost of consumers and the planet. Disgraceful!

Jättedåligt. Besviken på klänningen som inte motsvarade förväntningarna enligt bild och text. Det finns heller inte någon möjlighet att förstå hur man ska reklamera. Kommer aldrig mer att handla från LightInTheBox. Pengarna jag betalt för klänningen är dyra lärpengar. 😩

Honestly, I don’t buy from this company. The quality is terrible. I bought a rug it was awful, the cheapest fabric. Luckily the dog really liked it!

This company are a con. Ordered children's items for Xmas. Bought items as shown on this site. All items supposed to be 3d sparkle and glitter,!! They
are nothing of the sort. Cheap material no makers name. Put clothes in all kinds of lights to see where the sparkle etc would show.Nothing!!! Just blurry colours with bits of white which I assume is supposed to be
the glitter. Don't waste your money on this company.

Was the best night the staff were really lovely and helped out when I had a panic attack. And the club itself is such a wicked venue and will deffo go back and dance till 6am. Nataliea

100% scam. The items shown are a much lower quality and nothing like the picture. Then theymake it difficult to return and offer a discounted refund if kept. Please read all the reviews before dealing with this company. I wish I had before I got my fingers burnt

Önskar att jag hade läst det som alla andra beskriver om varorna för då hade jag inte handlat där. Har EXAKT samma upplevelser som ni andra om retur hanteringen. Varorna passa inte svenska marknadens kylskåps storlekar. Kommer att varna alla + några till att handla.

The item that I received looked nothing like the one that I ordered. The quality was terrible and the returns procedure so complicated that you end up settling for half the cost back. It's a rip off - stay clear of this company.

LightinTheBox.com Dress not what was shown online. Print was similar but not the same colours. Had ‘36%’ also printed into the fabric. The ‘light and summery’ looking fabric in the picture online not representative of the heavier fabric product received. Smacks of copying someone else’s dress design fraudulently and making a poor replica.
Really disappointing. The reviews I read on light box, supposedly true and generally positive, so I was sucked in to buy.

Afgav bestilling på 3 bluser 27/7-23. Den 21/8-23 har jeg stadig ikke modtaget de bestilte bluser. Pengene blev trukket 31/7-23 - altså 4 dage efter bestilling! Tvivler på at jeg nogensinde får de 3 bluser. Jeg ønsker IKKE at bestille yderligere tøj hos firmaet - ØV!. Hilsen Ann
