I have complained about my package since mid-September, then I forwarded it to PayPal, which forwarded it to Lightln The Box, and my answer after so many mails and we every time must start over, they run the customers completely into nowhere , I have them suspected it is a robot that is customer service because my mails are never read, otherwise they cannot read. My package costs 1194 KR and they will have I have to pay the freight again because it was called back due to missing consignment note so they could not contact me when the package arrived and since they cannot read it was that I had left my package , and it is not called in Danish.

You are experts in running in the ring, complaining about your incredible bad service that is new running on the site mid-September, for a purchase of 1194 Kr. And you have repeatedly asked me to pay the freight of approx. 100kr, and of course I will not Because there is a lack of full paper on my goods from the sender.
This is the limit to psychological terror, to escape from me, you start over again and again, but don't worry I have all the correspondence, and I remember but above all I can read, and I do not think you can since you repeat that you will have something in pure Has actually received several times.
However, I can look at Trustpilot that it is the same concept in user facing all the many customers who complain and put money to trade with you.
The last mail I got announced in that, you HAD PUT the MONEY INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT, but it turned out to be a lie, think that you will go so far and lie to customers for 100 kr.

I am sending a whole there of correspondence I can only hope that this time you can find an employee who can read.
And remember that it is the dealer who has been revoked my package and that I have nothing to do with it

So now the very big question, because I saw my money back voluntarily, or should we take the trip with PayPal where they will get all your correspondence, and see how you treat your customers, for one thing is completely safe my money should I have back.

They really run around with their customers so they get tired of complaining and getting their money back.
It is at the same time quite unbelievable they can be on the New York Stock Exchange with the business method where the evidence lies and cheats the customers.

Jeg sidder med min søn, som har fået øje på nogle trøjer han gerne vil ha. Mange af trøjerne står med een pris ( 20,-) men kommer den ind i indkøbskurven, koster den fek.s 140,- Det er ikke kun een trøje, men mange !!!

I have brought some fabulous things but I never got the things and it went back to light in the box but I never got the Money back , I could See at the delivery Company had sent it back to Light in the box because I tracted it
I have the insurence for it when I brought it

After several attempts to contact them, but no reply, I tried to review them, after I ordered in error a product via PayPal.
I eventually I heard back from them via Fabio on Trust Pilot, stating that he had set up an online account for me to make representation about my orders.
I could not find this any where.
My orders have turned up, and I have sent them back as he suggested.
I have my doubts that they will arrive back with them, and as to my refund, I am not sure.

Après trois mois d'attente je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande que j'avais payée d'ailleurs très chère et une livraison prioritaire.

Ils m'ont demandé des preuves que je n'ai pas eu de mal à obtenir car le suivi du colis était inexistant sur le site du transporteur. Ils refusent de me rembourser et me proposent de m'offrir une réduction sur mon prochain achat comme si j'allais recommander après cette escroquerie!

Aujourd'hui ils ne répondent même plus à mes réclamations.

I ordered Biker Shorts size xxxl it took almost 2 weeks to arrive. When the shorts arrived I had no Idea this Company was in china. The Shorts said XL US on the Label. I had no phone Number to call and to return the shorts Cost me 23.50. I paid the return shipping and Now I'm out 23.50 plus 27.88 for the Item. I have not seen a Dime of my money and Lightinthebox does not list a Phone Number. They also do not tell you that their sizes are Asian sizes and they Deny that its Their Fault. They Will not ever refund Your Money. I say if your In the USA Boycott this seller. OOOO stars if it's possible i pay for 2 par shoes I get only 1 and 40€ tax i and never get a onest response from them or get my money back.....

Waited since March for 12 sets of lights to then get an email saying they can’t find my package so can’t reimburse me for what I paid for !!! Said if I pay the postage yet again they will send told them I’m not paying again as the reasons light in the box said weren’t my fault and that I would take it further as not happy , been no reply to that from them and it’s been 4 days !!! Hey!! Jeg forsøger at finde min pakke igennem Mid-Euro Priority Line-Ydh trackingno: LL391401698LU , forsendelsen findes ikke!! Ordrenr fra jer er: 1904 2709 3280 0605. Ordre nr 2: 1904 2902 3281 4564 skulle være afsendt 8 maj -??? Har ingen trackingnr??? Ordre nr. 3: 1905 0111 3283 5249 skulle være afsendt omkring nu 13 maj??? Den 20/12.2018 Afgav jeg ordre på et activ kamera som jeg skulle bruge til min ferie den 28/1-2019. Pengene blev selvfølgelig trukket ned det samme. Troede jeg var i god tid. Nu 2,5 mdr efter er den stadig ikke modtaget. Iflg 17TRACK har Forsendelsen været i transit siden 28/12-2018. Har rykket kundeservice 4 gange. Hver gang siger de at de har løst problemet for mig, men hvor bliver pakken af? Er stærk utilfreds med LightInTheBox og ønsker bare at lade handlen gå tilbage men jeg jannikke trænge igennem til dem. Ønsker der var et forbrugerklagenævn man kunne henvende sig til ?

Bestilte mine vare d.7/12 til hurtig levering (5-7 dage), trods dette blev vareren først afsendt fra dem 3 uger senere, heldigvis nåede varen mig men først efter 6 uger, langt efter jul, men det var både en forkert skijakke og et par forkerte skibukser! Har forsøgt at få returneret varen, men det er ikke muligt, for siden vil ikke godkende at min e.mail er min e.mail og så kan man ikke gøre noget! Deres side ser flot ud, men undgå dem, det giver kun bøvl!!!

Jeg vil selvfølgelig gerne have mine penge retur og har kontaktet Lightinbox mange gange, men hører intet fra dem

Ufatteligt at det kan være lovligt, at stjæle fra folk i Danmark!!!!!!!

Bestilte 2 skjorter først i december stadig ikke modtaget, men til gengæld har jeg i dag fået en opkrævning på næste 300 kr hvis jeg vil have min pakke, det samme som jeg betalte for skjorterne. Men da jeg ikke får pakken fra england som der stod men kina skal jeg betale told da de jo ikke er med i EU. Så pas på, jeg handler ikke der mere. Aner jo ikke hvor man får pakken fra.
