We’re genuinely sorry to hear of your frustration and that part of your order didn’t arrive together. Please be assured this was not intentional – your remaining items will be with you shortly as per the email we sent you yesterday, the same day you highlighted this to us, not a week later.

As you’re fully aware, we are in the middle of an office move. During this transition our staff have limited access to emails and no access to phones, which has limited our ability to respond as quickly as usual. We will follow up and resolve any outstanding issues fully once we are back up and running.

I’m sure you’ve had days at South West Hire & Sales in Launceston where things didn’t go exactly to plan, especially when moving into new state-of-the-art offices. This situation is not standard for us. An office move does not happen every day, and I believe most people would allow a bit more lenience because of that.

We absolutely value all of our customers, and while we understand delays can be frustrating, a 1-star review does have an impact on the staff members at Lifting365, who work hard every day to support our customers. We’d be grateful if you could reconsider your review knowing that we are moving offices and your remaining items are on the way.
