Aesthetic Appeal with Disappointing Long-Term Grip..
​While this mat excels in aesthetics—featuring beautiful graphics, great marketing, and reliable delivery—its long-term performance is disappointing. Though it starts out as a great non-slip surface, over time it degrades into a glass-like texture that makes practicing safely a real challenge.
​Despite trying to restore the grip by washing it with dishwashing liquid and attempting a vinegar-and-water rinse, the surface remains incredibly slick. My only workaround is misting the hand and foot placement zones with water before Downward Dog, but many poses still leave me feeling completely insecure.
​A friend of mine experienced the exact same issue and had to abandon hers entirely to go back to her old mat. For a product specifically marketed as non-slip, the lack of durable traction is a major drawback. Beautiful to look at, but unfortunately not functional for a sustained yoga practice.

I contacted their Customer Service regarding a potentially fake website supposedly selling their yoga mats. I received a response within 2 hours and they were very helpful.

for the price of the mat I expected it to last a long time... however, after not much use at all it has become so slippery that I can no longer use it. I practice daily and this has been my spare mat at my parent's house. However the last time I came to use it, I couldn't even hold a down dog as it was like standing on a slide. Really regret this purchase. My other yoga mat has lasted 10 years and is still as grippy as ever. Although I liked the mat initially, I am disappointed that it is already degraded and won't repurchase.
