Life Without Lemons Arvostelua

This is by far one of the best company’s I have had insurance with. I had the policy for little over a year. I unfortunately hurt my shoulder which put me out of work for 2 months. From day 1 of starting my claim it was easy and straight forward. I’d like to thank Harrison who helped me through every step of the claim also

I first signed up with Life Without Lemons last year when my youngest son got his first professional rugby contract - I should have done it years ago but not being from a rugby background myself I didn't realise such a thing existed!

After my son has recently turned 18, we have recently changed our cover so he now has his own. I've kept mine as I'm at the gym 4 times a week, and i've also added on income protection as i'm self employed.

Paul & Harris are extremely helpful, professional, down to earth & patient with my many questions. They have both made the process so simple.

The hope is neither myself or my son ever have to use our policies, but I feel reassured that the support is there should we need it.

Thank you Paul & Harris you've both been great.

My experience has been splendid. The communication waiting time and customer service is awesome. Overall I was highly impressed.

I can’t thank the Life without lemons team enough for the support they’ve given me. They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything was put in place with my insurance while I’ve been off work with my injuries. The whole process was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine understanding. It’s been such a relief knowing I was in safe hands. I highly recommend!

Can I just just without any filter. Harris the man who has been handling my case with honesty. Thank you so much for dealing with this. You’ve been absolutely amazing and I cannot thank you enough for what you’ve done. I had been unfairly managed and when I told him I’m having this issue. He made sure it was solved in seconds and that he would make sure it will work out well. Thank you for your help and thank you to the team for their patience and kindness. I’m a very on top of things person and they did not once be rude or made me feel uncomfortable. They would always speak to me with the best of the best customer service and kindness. Thank you all so much. Now I can relax and get my self on the way to full time recovery and get back to playing and enjoying my football. Thank you guys. I can keep going on honestly for how grateful I am but honestly, best of the best people. If anyone wants to speak to me about these people wallah mate go for it. I’ve had to go back and forward with work especially

Harris provided great insight into how the insurance policy works and the process was very smooth.

The team really Talked through my personal needs and gave me the cover that fit

The service was 10/10, extremely quick responses and very friendly staff. From the start they have been nothing but helpful. They have very professional staff that answered all my questions to an amazing standard. Thank you again for all your help, and I will definitely be recommending this service and company.

From Instagram Scroll to Peace of Mind – An Amazing Experience!

I first came across Life Without Lemons while scrolling on Instagram – the name caught my attention, but it was the vibe and clarity of the posts that made me stop and dig deeper. Everything felt fresh, relatable, and genuinely helpful (not pushy or salesy like some other insurance ads I’ve seen online).

I decided to reach out, and honestly, that’s when everything clicked. The team were brilliant – warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. They didn’t throw jargon at me or rush the conversation. Instead, they took the time to explain all the cover options in a way that made sense. It felt like they actually cared about what I needed, not just what they wanted to sell.

As someone who runs regularly, I’d been looking for something that would protect me if I ever had an accident while out on a jog. Life Without Lemons had the perfect accident cover policy for that – affordable, straightforward, and with exactly the kind of support I was after. Taking it out gave me so much peace of mind.

Honestly, it’s rare to find a company that gets the balance right between personal service and professional advice – but they nailed it. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends, and I’ll keep doing so. Thanks again to the whole team!

Got recommended by a friend who had taken out a policy. Life without lemons is a must have for anybody who doesn’t get sick pay. I now feel comfortable knowing that if anything happens to me which results in me being unable to work that I’m secure. Friendly polite and very helpful service would deffo recommend.

Life Without Lemons really impressed me with their commitment to exceptional customer service. From the moment you contact them, their team is friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping you find the best cover for your needs. They take the time to explain policy details clearly, ensuring that customers feel informed and confident in their choices. There are no hidden charges or unexpected costs; what you see is what you get. If you're looking for an insurance provider that prioritises customer satisfaction while offering a comprehensive and transparent service, Life Without Lemons is the right choice.
