Got in contact with them to help me because thing was spiraling out of control. The agent assigned to me was amazing and so help ful. And if like me you like phone calls you can text instead. Hasn't been a long process at all. Everything is explained numerous times , so that your fully aware of what's happening. They understand and give no judgement at all which helps alot.
