I first contacted Martina for coaching when I felt lost. I had competed as a bodybuilder and postshow I was floundering.
Martina gave me the confidence to find my way back into the gym and back on plan. She coached me with expertise and a non-judgemental view. I can be honest with Martina especially when I'm having a hard time and she'll always be there to talk me through. She also helped me understand not only my why for doing this but also why we need to perform certain ways of training to get certain results. She talked me through nutrition and healthy ways to fuel my body and I now have an understanding I never had with other coaches.

I can not recommend Martina enough. Professional, personable and exceptionally knowledgeable. Her coaching style is second to none. A no BS approach delivered in the kindest and most compassionate way possible. She really does have your best interest at heart at all times. I have learnt so much since working with her. As a fitness professional myself, I've grown in confidence in supporting clients I work with as well as fully understanding the intricacies of what it really takes to get to lean out. It's been a fantastic journey - long may it continue.
