cheap Chinese Knockoff

Do not buy from here cheap Chinese knock off be warned. Total waste of money.

So now they contact me and try and bribe me with new order or refund to remove this feedback Go Trustpilot. Time for resolution has past Liberyta improve and stop falsely advertising items. 11/09/2026

12/09/2026 contacted me again to.withdraw my Paypal complaint. Deception and false advertising these poor knock offs need to be stpped

Dog bed too small

The dog bed i ordered was not 50cm as advertised , it was a tiny bed even a jack Russel dog wouldn't fit in it. I think this site's a scam

Pretty certain that I’ve been duped

Pretty certain that I’ve been duped. Tracking has not updated for over a week now. Proceed with caution if you’re thinking of ordering anything from them. These guys need to get proper jobs!

Avoid avoid

This company cannot be trusted.
AVOID! AVOID!
No info on who they are or where they are and open ended comments about import taxes not revealed before you pay.
I let my order stay in the cart while I checked them out. Meanwhile I was offered a 10% discount and almost immediately they upped it to 15% off.

Do not buy from this companyy

Terrible company. I order a hat and when it arrived it had been packaged so it was flattened completely and unwearing and unable to get back into the shape shown on the website. When I email they say they will send another but when asked if it will be packed properly they jst send the same generic message. My advise steer clear of this company as I am in for a long haul to get my money back

Bought a motorcycle disc alarm

Bought a motorcycle disc alarm , doesn't work no replies to e mails.
They have now contacted but wanted video of it not working? Then sent a link with an offer to replace if I paid the postage, the link didn't work .let's face it I'll avoid this seller in future and put the lock in the bin, and advise you to look at the reviews.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and size and lack of communication

I am extremely disappointed with the cat tunnel bed I purchased. The advertisement made the product look fantastic; however, the item I received is nothing like what was advertised.

It arrived vacuum-packed and completely flat, with a separate piece of material that needed to be zipped on. Unfortunately, despite being unpacked for some time, it has never regained its advertised shape or size. In reality, it is significantly smaller than expected and bears little resemblance to the product shown in the advert.

I am also unhappy that I submitted a complaint through your online form over two weeks ago and have not received any response whatsoever. A lack of communication only adds to my frustration.

Had this item cost £5, I might have accepted the poor quality. However, at £27, I expected a product that matched its description and was fit for purpose. As it stands, it is not being used at all because my cat is far too large for it—the bed looks completely unsuitable, despite the advertised dimensions and appearance.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a nice looking cat tunnel and got sent what I can only describe as a couple of random pieces of material (which were no use to anybody or a cat)

Customer service utterly abysmal - must be a chat bot which just offers a discount on your next purchase

Second chance

Amended Review
Similar to others, I am still waiting for my item to arrive & there isn’t a way to track yr order, to contact anyone & had I have had NO REPLY from them.

Having now received my items & had emails from them. I am upgrading my review, the product is great value, delivery was excellent & hopefully Liberyta will improve even more.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. Ordered canvas shoes beginning of May they still haven’t arrived. I’ve tried to contact Liberyta on countless occasions by email without any reply or communication. They have taken my money but not provided the goods. Never buy from this company. I had to re purchase from another company……and at almost half the cost.

Don’t touch with a barge pole

Waited a very long time for purchase, communication with there support team poor. Asked for a refund when item was late and got offered £5 which I refused.

My e mails are no bouncing back and it looks like they have changed there name. Item was received eventually but way too late. Also they are based abroad not uk.
