This is a new company trying hard to work hard with their customers I sent for a new wifi router and unfortunately it didn't arrive on time When I contacted them they immediately sent my money back as I was going on holiday and the item wouldn't have arrived on time I thought at first I may have been spammed but thankfully my trust has been vindicated

I ordered two shade covers totalling…
I ordered two shade covers totalling £51.98. I was disappointed on the quality of the covers when they arrived but thought I would give one a go!. Considering we have only had breezes over the last month the cover did not past the test. I have eyelet rings fall out, one corner has riped off and there is a hole in the cover in the middle. I have tried to contact Charnent by phone and email with no success. I will pursue them to receive a refund however. Please do not buy these UV Blocking shades.

I bought a drone style ceiling fan from these, it is totally ineffective, and does not cool a room at all. It is a waste of electricity, and i want to return it, when you contact them, there is never a response. Don't waste your money folks.

I bought a fan from charnent. Don’t waste your money. It is a small ineffective fan and now it has broken.
Nobody replies to customer service e-mail. Worst company ever. They have said to reply tothe exact same e-mail they don't answer so thats unhelpful.

SCAMMERS
Ordered , as advertised two large tubs of patio paint, received two small pots no bigger than the size of a large mug for £65!! Have tried to get a refund and address label to return. They don’t respond and now I’m blocked!!! I can no longer email them. PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS.
To add to the above … Ordered two large tins of patio sealer as advertised, and received two very small (mug sized) pots of paint for £62.99!!! How do I add photographs to this to prove my claim? They replied to my first email stating that they were dealing with it. No response, emailed again, their email said they had dealt with it but no information on how or when!! Communication is extremely poor. Now I’ve added a review they are concerned!!! Very poor customer service. Extremely disappointed have looked at their reviews online now, and they all say the same as my experience. Sorry but please save yourself all the hassle and your money,

Just received an "air conditioning" fan that was shown on the website as the size of a chair and would be able to blow above a bed. What a pile of crap I received. Less than 28cm high, no power in the fan and totally mis-sold on their website. Tried to return and get my money back, just get the same automated AI reply. Do not trust this company.

already folded into my holiday bag. the open knit hangs better than i expected, though a couple fringe ends looked uneven when i first shook it out. lighter than the thick store-bought cover ups i had before, and it sits loose without feeling shapeless.

First dish done with it, actually felt sturdy
Already sliced a whole bunch of scallions right after unpacking. Noticed the hinge feels tighter than my old kitchen scissor set, zero wobble when cutting, which is surprisingly reassuring. Still getting used to the grip size compared to regular chef knives, but honestly glad it doesn't bend under pressure.
