Kundeservice eksistere ikke
Købte to par bukser, efter nogle dage modtager jeg et par, jeg hører derefter ikke mere. Jeg henvender mig efter et par uge, de fortæller så at bukserne er udsolgt?
Jeg har efterfølgende skrevet med kundeservice, men der er der ikke meget foretningsforståelse.

Overpriced for the quality
Overpriced for the quality. Producing in Europe doesn't mean per se it is a good quality. I'm way more happy with well known cheaper retailers/brands. My advise save your money 😉
Sizing: Size Large might fit people with regular size Medium. "Model wears a medium at 1.90m" is a bad joke. Me 1.94m and similar shape has even with large a problem in sleeves and at the back lenghts

Dårlig kundeservice
Jeg har nu forsøgt at få kontakt til deres kundeservice den sidste uge, pba. en tidligere sag om reklamation. Jeg hører intet fra dem. Man kan hverken ringe til dem eller forvente svar på ens mails til deres kundeservice.
Useriøs virksomhed!!!

Terrible experience with return
Terrible experience with return and seemingly no one to contact.
Bought three pieces of clothing and wanted to return two. Nothing wrong with the clothing per se, they just did not fit as expected.
But now I have tried several time to get a return label, I even do not mind the cost. Nothing happens.
Will not buy from again.

"Extremely Disappointing Experience with Libertine-Libertine"
My recent experience with Libertine-Libertine was incredibly disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment, but unfortunately, their customer service fell short.
I received a product that didn't meet my quality standards. When I reached out for help, I was met with resistance. Despite my efforts to explain the issues and provide evidence, they refused to offer a return label for the faulty item.
Feeling frustrated and unheard, I had to cover the return label cost myself. I also plan to warn others about this disappointing experience. It's a shame that a store I once trusted let me down like this.
My hope is that by sharing this review, potential customers will be aware of the lack of customer care they might encounter at Libertine-Libertine.
Disappointed!!

Great shop, but return costs
The label makes great clothes. The shop is simple and clear. Shipping to Germany was fast and well packed. Very disadvantageous: as a customer, you have to pay the return costs yourself. Personally, I don't think that's up to date. Even though the label is small...

Fantastisk kundeservice!
Jeg fik tilsendt en pakke fra Libertine-Libertine, som jeg ønskede at levere tilbage. Da jeg sendte pakken tilbage til webshoppen, blev pakken afleveret hos en kiosk i nærheden af Libertine-Libertine’s webshop, hvilket var ret dårlig service af distributøren. Men efter at have snakket og skrevet sammen med Peter, som er CFO i Libertine-Libertine, blev det arrangeret, at pakken blev hentet af en af firmaets medarbejdere, og mine penge blev returneret med det samme. Det er dælme god service, og det overstiger langt mine forventninger til, hvad en webshop normalt gør for sine kunder.
