Jeg har handlet hos Libertine Libertine mange gange nu, og jeg bliver gang på gang bekræftet i, hvorfor det er mit foretrukne brand. Hvis man går op i stil og ordentligt håndværk, findes der simpelthen ikke et bedre sted.

I ordered 2 dresses earlier in December 2025 but they only arrived just before Christmas . Firstly there was no information or return slip in packaging so I didnt know who to contact or where to return the dresses to. Despite using their sizing chart the dresses were a size too small. I looked them up on line but there a couple of stores who no longer stocked Libertine..over two years since stocking..
I emailed an address and was told I had 24 hours to let them know that I wanted to return them so I could not get a refund for them. Because I liked the wrap around dress I hoped that if I ordered the bigger size in 2 different colours they could do a swap..credit note for first two dresses would hopefully cover second two dresses. I said do not process the order or send anything until they had agreed with my request. They sent a further two dresses and NEVER contacted me despite multiple efforts. I would NEVER recommend this company. I got a thankyou for purchasing from NZ company with second order but still no way to communicate effectively with them. I question if Libertine is actually a NZ company. In total I paid $700-$800 for two orders of 2 dresses in each order and 2 were of no use to me
This was an EXPENSIVE lesson.

Har fået en t-shirt i julegave og ville bytte til en størrelse større. De skriver til mig at det ikke kan lade gøre, da deres retur er indenfor 14 dage.
Virkelig dårlig kundeservice at man ikke kan bytte sin julegave.

De betaler ikke penge tilbage for varer man sender retur, super dårligt selskab. Man kan heller ikke få fat på dem over telefon

After I’ve ordered my shirt, I received a message that my order was send to DHL. The status remained at this step for several days, and after a week I thought I’d send Libertine a message. They told me the package ‘was lost at DHL’ and they would send me a message if it was found, or they would restitute my order after 1 days. This was on July 10th and haven’t heard from them since, even after sending 2 reminder e-mails. Seems like they want to keep your money and just ghost you.

Bought a Black Jeans, after two Times of moderate washing it was grey. Customer Service horrible. Told it was my fault. Disgusting experience, Disgusting quality. LIBERTINE LIBERTINE is cheap crap.

My experience was awful. Dress was ok but not to my fit. Took several times to contact asking to return and rep said my emails were going to her junk email - even though I responded to the original email sent from her?
I returned the item (I paid for postage) and after 10 days and no movement I lodged a complaint to PayPal (within this time frame another company managed to return my funds during the new year period).
After to and fro, excuse after excuse, and not owning the error, I finally received my refund over two months after original purchase.
Save yourself the hassle and buy from another company - clothes are not worth it.

Beautiful clothing but H&M quality.. own several items but they all wear out so quickly!

Modtog pakken under 24 timer efter bestilling og mine varer er som forventet.

Retunerer et par shorts der er gået i stykker, for at lave reklamation. Efter 14 dage uden svar eller Update - kontakter jeg LL kundeservice der skriver at pengene vil blive refunderet og være på min konto et par dage efterfølgende.
Efter yderligere 14 dage, har jeg stadigvæk ikke modtaget refunderingen og kontakter LL igen og får at vide at refundering ikke kan lade sig gøre, da vareren blev købt sidste år - jeg kan få tilgodebevis. Hahah, hvad sker der?!😅 Overfør nu bare de penge I allerede sagde var undervejs for 14 dage siden!!!!!

The shirt I ordered looked fantastic but it shrunk quite a bit after washing it for the first time. The customer service was really helpful and sorted out a size bigger for me. I would buy here again.

Hurtig levering og flot tøj, MEN.... få nu för helvete syet jeres bukseknapper i ordenligt... !!!!!

Jeg har efterhånden 6 par Agency bukser (nej ikke en overdrivelse) og jeg har haft et problem med en løs bukseknap i dem alle sammen uden undtagelse... og nej, det er squ ikke fordi, at jeg er for fed. Knappen går op efter første brug.

Over the past 5 years, I’ve acquired more than 20 garments from Libertine-Libertine, and I can confidently say that their brand, quality, and design are worth every penny. Their pieces now make up the majority of my everyday wardrobe, and I’m genuinely glad they exist.

Just a tip: their styles tend to run large, so keep that in mind when choosing your size.

I did have one issue with the quality of a Tencel shirt not meeting my expectations. Although their customer support was a bit slow to respond, they ultimately provided a refund via a discount code, which I found to be a solid resolution.

Quite nice products but absolutely horrendous customer service. They make it very hard to return anything (And let you pay for that additionally, that is clear before you order, but something to take into account)

Elsker jeres tøj. Virkelig fedt brand - produkter dog store i størrelsen. Intet problem, så længe man bare ved det, når man bestiller.

Kunne dog godt tænke mig, at jeres knapper i (Agency) bukserne sad bedre fast. Er gået op på alle 5 par jeg har.
