DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM!

I ordered two sports bras and paid extra for express delivery. However, my order did not arrive any earlier than the standard shipping time, so the additional fee was completely wasted.

When the items finally arrived, I was very disappointed. The sports bras were of extremely poor quality, and the colors looked completely different from the photos on the website.

Because of this, I wanted to return the items. I submitted a return request through their website but received no response at all. I then contacted customer service by email. After a long wait, I finally received a reply asking why I wanted to return the shoes. Shoes? I had ordered two sports bras!

They requested photos of the items, which I provided, showing the bras in their original packaging along with a clear explanation of why I wanted to return them. After eight emails back and forth, they still had not approved the return request.

Since then, I have once again been met with complete silence.

It seems virtually impossible to return products to this company, and the quality is even worse than products I have purchased from AliExpress.

Please save yourself the frustration and do not order from this company.

Die Schuhe sind meiner Meinung nach nicht ausreichend beschrieben worden und fallen deutlich zu eng aus.

Auf meine im Shop eröffnete Retoure wurde zunächst nicht reagiert. Auch meine Reklamation per E-Mail blieb unbeantwortet. Erst nach mehreren Tagen erhielt ich über Instagram eine Rückmeldung.

Da ich in der Zwischenzeit keine Reaktion erhalten hatte, habe ich den Fall bei PayPal gemeldet und den Kaufbetrag über PayPal zurückerstattet bekommen.

Nun wird die Übernahme der Rücksendekosten verweigert mit der Begründung, dass es sich nicht um einen Fehler Ihrerseits handelt, wenn mir die Schuhe nicht passen.

Vorsicht bei der Bestellung, denn wenn der Fehler beim Kunden liegt, werden die Kosten der Rücksendung nicht übernommen

ATTENTION!! They sell cheap and low quality shoes from China. They don't accept returns if you have quality issues. Return cost about 55,- € if you pay on your own cause their warehouse is somewhere in Asia. Opened a claim with PayPal and guess what I won.

Edit: After this review they agreed to process a full refund in exchange for deleting or editing my review. So this is my edit. Stay sharp.🤘🏽
