If I could rate them lower, I would. Order was placed on January 20th, and was informed it may take 1-5 business days. It is now February 10th, and they have yet to provide any tracking information or even update on my purchased goods. I have been "successful" with reaching their customer service department, but there is no assistance that they can actually provide, beyond telling me I can email their supervisors (supervisors and management will not talk to customers directly).

As far as e-commerce is concerned, this outfit has to be one of the worst I have ever encountered.

If I could give no stars I would. I made a purchase almost a month ago. I have not gotten a product and have received no information about shipping etc. I tried calling and emailing and have gotten no response. I am not sure if this is a real company but I am pretty sure I got scammed.

I have ordered before and gotten my products, unlike another reviewer who never even received anything. However, the status tracking is beyond awful. Your order is either "pending" or "processing." That's it. No "shipped," no "delivered." I brought this up in the past and they seem to think this is a fine way to keep customers informed.

Recent order took a full calendar week to even get put in the post, in spite of showing both items in stock. I'd be better off ordering from the UK!

I ordered a journal from this company and, when it hadn't even been sent out after 1 week, I phoned. I was told it would go out soon. This continued for another week, with promises but no journal was shipped. I then requested a refund and was told I could have that. Then silence from them. Finally, they asked for more info. I provided the information and was told I'd get the refund in 5-6 business days. Nothing and it's a month later. I've gone to my credit card company to resolve the dispute. This has wasted an incredible amount of my time.
Do NOT order from this company!
