DO NOT GO WITH LET RIGHT!! I am now a tenant and their service is awful!!! We inform them from the first day we get into the house about heating problems(boiler controller not working), the kitchen hood was not working and a socket in a room was blocked with something inside.
After a month they didnt do anything at all! After that every 2 days we were keep going to their office to remind them and push them to fix the problems!
2 weeks later the landlord came to the house to have a look on the boiler controler and i tell him about all the other problems. He then show me a paper which Let right gave him saying that the only problem was the boiler controller and nothing else! And he apologises saying that he didnt know about the problems! Let Right didnt inform him! God knows why!!

The problem with the boiler after 3 months of tenancy is not fixed yet!

Also, they got into our house with no 24 hours notice!! We said to them that you cant get into the house and the agent just force the door and get in!!

Moreover, when they actually send text about viewings on the 3 of the 5 viewings they didnt turn up and at the rest 2 they were 2-3 hours late!! Its like you cant sleep and you cant do a shower because you have to wait for them and maybe they will not turn up with no saying anything!
Awful and rude staff that only wants your money!! They will push you after a viewing to pay for unnecessary agency fees which no other agent in the treforest area charge!! Just stay away from them!

I cannot praise this estate agent enough, from start to finish the service has been excellent. Very professional and friendly. They were always happy to answer questions and any call backs were made in exceptionally good time. I was kept up to date with the sale of my house throughout the whole process. Very impressive photographs of my property were taken and quite a few viewings arranged very quickly. The house was sold to the first person who viewed. Many thanks to Josh who valued my property, took the photographs and oversaw the process. I have sold houses in the past but can I honestly say in my experience this was by far the best. I highly recommend them, in future if I or any of my family are thinking of selling it is Sell Right we will use.

Honest, reliable and professional! My house sold in less than 48 hours! They made the process very stress-free. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service that provided fantastic value for money! Without the support of the team, and in particular Emma, we don't feel the move would have happened, let alone as smoothly as it did

We bought a house from Sell right and received excellent customer service. We dealt mostly with Josh who was very professional and friendly. He also stuck to his work. For example, he would always phone us back for updates when he said he would. I would highly recommend this estate agents. I wish I had sold my house with them too. They are a no nonsense, straight talking, low fee estate agents who get the job done without any fuss. Thank you for making our home move a stress free enjoyable one.

Selling or buying a property is a very stressful time, I have to say choosing Sellright was the best decision we made thanks to all the staff and a special thanks to Emma who always kept us updated and if we ever had any questions or concerns about the sale she got the answers and always got back to us with in a few hours which we very much appreciated I would certainly recommend Sellright

Emma at sell right really showed what excellent service looks like. Probably the most patient agent I met in the entire process. Emma went the extra mile to sort things out for me and made the process easy at it could be. A lot of delays due to solicitors but sell right helped me keep the calm. Highly recommend sell right. Thanks again for great service

Excellent service, always on the end of the phone when needed, always stuck to their word and didn’t stop till we were happy. We had Emma and we couldn’t thank her enough for everything she’s done.

Sell right estate agents part of the let right company were extremely proactive in assisting us to find a new home. In addition to matching properties to our requirements they also offered very useful general advice.
I highly recommend this agency if you are seeking a property in the Cf38 or cf37 areas.

Great experience renting from this agency

Good honest company.
Good communication.

I was immensely impressed with the very prompt and efficient service provided by Let Right Properties who have gone above and beyond the call of duty when dealing with all of my enquiries.
The very friendly staff managed to allay all of my fears and concerns about my newly purchased house and furnished me with details of local companies and businesses. Advice was very forthcoming and freely given and the offer of a cup of tea was just the icing on the cake. I shall be directing all of my friends and colleagues towards this very efficient business.

Failed to charge tenant for a cracked sink on exit and only willing to pay £70 compensation (will cost way more than that to remove and replace it). Also failed to pick up a damp problem caused by a leaking gutter on 6 monthly inspection which now means the whole room needs to have plaster hacked off and re-plastered. In addition they have advised that a chunk of plaster being missing from a wall edge is fair wear and tear. That wall will now have to be re-beaded and plastered. They won't cover the fact that the tiles on the door step have been smashed - telling me it's not covered by them because it's not inside the property. To top it all off, when the tenant struggled to pay one month they resolved my concerns by telling me that she is a policewoman. The neighbours have confirmed that she was not a policewoman - they actually laughed hysterically at the thought of it.
