Let Right Properties ltd Arvostelua

Let right made the whole process very easy and were patient with my queries
And I got a good deal so very happy

Quick to respond. Very polite and helpful. Attentive to what we want and making sure everything was done swiftly and efficiently. Highly recommend as to other letting companies. Helped me a lot in finding the perfect accommodation.

Criminal scumbags.
Didn't issue a boiler safety certificate for 8 years straight.
Don't so inspections.
Casually break into your property with no legal 24 hour notice.
Here's the good news.
Allowed a dog owner to rent next to an allergic immuno-comprimised person through sheer negligence even though no pets were allowed in the property. This caused hospitalisations and almost death.
Transferred a smaller amount of the original deposit paid to a new agent.
Currently going through legal investigations with a view to arrests been made and hopefully Company closure.
Horrible for both Landlords and tenants. Landlords getting zero management for the paid fees and tenants, particularly those with minimum legal knowledge will get abused and lives will be put under threat.

During my time at University I stayed in private student accommodation - the letting agency were not amicable most of the time, I was treated horribly by one of the directors of the letting agency. I have a diagnosis of Autism and I was treated differently because of this, they did not like the fact that I had a disability and they used this to discriminate me against me - Students At the University of south wales, do not use Let Right Properties because they are intimidating, at times they can be aggressive and abusive. Upon moving out I had to make a formal complaint, which also got sent to Welsh Goverment and the Local Authority in the area - this letting agency do not like students who have additional needs. Students who are looking for private student accommodation do not use Let Right Properties LTD, they will not treat you with respect.

5* service from Josh & Ben, both on the sale of my home and the purchase of another property purchased from them!
Professional, efficient, great communication and credible individuals and business. I would highly recommend! Thank you 😊👍

We've used Let Right Properties for over 10 years fully managing a number of our properties and also to conduct tenant finds for us. We've always had a great relationship with all the staff in the office and always available to assist us in any way possible. We also can't fault the team in Sell Right, assisted us in selling properties in the past very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Infantile, overbearing, bullying, parsimonious and pathetic...sums them up really.

Josh and the team were really helpful and responsive during the whole process, Would recommend!

DO NOT RENT AS A STUDENT.
Terrible customer service, are nice about things until there is an issue with your property and then they don't want to know and will blame you for it and won't do anything to fix it. Sign their texts to tenants with "Thnx" and are blunt on the phone.
I have had issues with this company for the last year and would never recommend renting from them ever again unless you like a mouldy house, random viewings without notice and rude service.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE ABSOLUTE MORONS. if you don't mind mould problems that letright will try and blame you for or unprofessional email responses formulated by illiterate toddlers, and the organisational skills of the administration team responsible for the cladding of grenfall Tower, then let right are perfect. Don't waste your money and mental health on this absolute dumpster fire of a "company" and choose literally anyone else. I would sooner rent a room in auschwitz than choose to live in one of let rights properties again.

Highly recommend Josh Phillips and the rest of the team at Sell Right. Without them keeping everybody informed and updated our purchase would probably have fallen through. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Big thanks to Josh at Let Right and the team for selling my property in Pontypridd recently. Josh worked very hard on the sale and keep me informed and up to date at every step of the way. What can be a stressful time was made much easier due to the professionalism and support of Josh. I highly recommend Josh to get the job done.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Josh at Sell Right for steering us through a very prolonged probate sale and helping us manage the many queries which were raised in the process. Josh couldn’t have been more helpful and if we ever need an estate agent in the future we would always use Sell Right. Thanks again Josh and also thanks to Jennifer and the rest of the team.

Thanks to Josh house sold on 1st viewing.Always kept me in touch re progress great service Chris howells

We dealt with Josh in Sellright Treforest.
We had 3 houses up for sale with him.
All 3 houses sold straight away on the day of viewing.
Sellright fees were the most reasonable that we found.

The service provided was efficient and quick.

There was regular communication every step of the process I didn’t have to chase them up at any point. This I found to be very good.

I will definitely be recommending Sellright to friends and family and will be using them again myself if I need to sell or buy a house.

They could not have been any better if they tried. 10/10 for everything.

Let Right recently sold my house, they were the least expensive of the three estate agents I had quotes off, they have been excellent throughout the whole process. Jennifer and Josh have both been really helpful and always answered my calls promptly, nothing was too much trouble and were always polite and helpful

I was so nervous about the whole process of selling my home and buying something else. Josh and Jennifer have honestly been brilliant. They took fantastic photos and arranged lots of viewings. My house sold for the asking price in 5 days! Their communication is fantastic and they really helped me through the whole process. I’m recommending them to everyone looking to sell now! Thank you so much for helping us buy our forever home.

Thankyou to Josh and Jennifer that helped us buy our dream home through thick and thin they helped us to the end ! Eternally grateful ! Fantastic service :) Ryo + Dan

Professional at all times, so supportive with buying our first home. I can’t thank Josh and Jennifer enough for all the help and support they gave us. It’s been a rollercoaster of a ride buying our first home, but those two were so supportive and guided us the whole time.

Sell right is lucky to have you both. Caring and committed to their jobs, not many people in the world like them!

Once again,

Thank you for finding us our perfect first home!

Best price we could find.
Our house sold within a week, photos were great.
Sell right were always easy to contact, they helped us liase with the buyer when solicitors were dragging their feet.
Would recommend.
