This is my favourite app! Any gym membership I had in my 20s was usually to access the classes but when we started our family, getting to the gym and at class times became a lot harder. The app gives me a huge range of classes so when I have a window to workout I can pick something that suits both in time and impact. It also got me through 2 pregnancies and post partum recovery because again I could just pick and choose what felt right for the stage I was at. I highly recommend it!

These workouts have a brilliant tune and they really work. I started using this properly throughout lockdown and now going to real-life workout sessions, it's great! The app is constantly being improved, while there are some glitches, it does work/

I have been training for 10 years and may I say I was in an coma in 2018 to 2019, fitness gave me my life back and thankful for my awesome PT.

Les mills gave me nothing. Never again

I've subscribed because I like the spinning classes and thought that I may try the other classes, too. I can honestly say that I am not able to follow any of them, much too fast and its very frustrating and discouraging. Surely I can't be the only one that has problems.
I can recommend the Sprint. Trip and RPM but none of the other. Les Mills, come up with some classes for people like me who are not able to follow easily.

Using Les Mills On demand for past 6yrs has been life changing for me. It has a wide variety of exercises with various intensities. I thoroughly enjoy it. The workout programmes are very well choreographed and presented and the dialogue is uplifting encouraging and over all energising! Best part is, I can do the workout anywhere with or without equipment. I highly recommend using Les Mills on Demand- absolutely worth the investment in oneself.

BEWARE the deceptive marketing if you choose the base plan. It only gives you access to one release for each program. So misleading. I’m very disappointed

Simply the best! Needing to fit exercise into a busy schedule I was told about Les Mills several years ago and I cannot praise what it offers enough. New workouts every week and the variety offered is incredible. Whatever your mood or fitness level or goal there is something for everyone. Particular favourites for me are, strength development, Barre, combat, grit but also the hybrid workouts available. Added to the app you also have access to a wonderfully supportive FB group. I honestly could not imagine my life without Les Mills in it.

Just want to update my review. Since my complaint/poor review the last time, Les Mills have now added this awesome button that sorts logins out immediately whenever I face this issue.

Programme wise, they are the leaders in fitness. There is something for everyone and for every situation. I injured myself recently as I was doing a lot of Body Pump both on the app and in my gym so stayed off weights for a while. No problem, Les Mills also has Body Balance which was just as good. And I am going to try Barre next! I have never been fitter, happier and the investment in the app subscription and the equipment is worth every penny. Thank you Les Mills!

I love the programmes. However they use Vimeo which is giving me a big headache. I have 2 MacBooks and I only ever use Chrome. I use either Macbook for Les Mills because it depends on whether I am upstairs or downstairs. Lately, I keep getting the error message which says that 'You are watching on too many devices right now'. I only have 2 and I am allowed to have Les Mills on 3 devices. Les Mills, PLEASE SORT YOUR ISSUE WITH VIMEO OR CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER This is impeding my training and wasting my time. Take this evening for example. I used the MacBook that I use Les Mills most often, finished Combat 90, logged out and then I log back in as I wanted to see the move for a specific track again. Same MacBook, same Chrome session but guess what. Vimeo has decided that I have logged in to more than 3 sessions again so now I can't watch the videos on either MacBook. I have tried clearing cache and cookies but NOTHING WORKS. This is really getting to me because it is wasting my time. I have already contacted Les Mills support and awaiting for them to sort but I want to flag this here so that Les Mills can sort this out with Vimeo. Also, Les Mills, you might want to remove on your FAQ to clear cache and cookies for this specific error message. The only thing clearing cache and cookies does for this specific issue is that it frustrates your paying customer.

I cancelled my subscription MONTHS ago and they have not taken a payment. All of a sudden they have accessed my bank account and taken a payment. I immediately called my bank and told them this was a fraudulent transaction as I cancelled months ago. Les Mills have now sent me some nonsense email stating they will challenge my cancellation with the bank. I will take this as far as I need to. They have not taken a payment in months now are telling me that I didn’t cancel. CROOKS. These big companies think they can bully the little person.

Edit: After I posted this review they did refund the subscription.
I tried to cancel membership within the month as I do not currently have a job so can not afford unnecessary subscriptions. But they charged me a day sooner than I expected. I requested a refund on that day, the payment had not even gone through yet. They refused a refund. I have not used since cancelling and I do not intend to use it, so they are charging for nothing during a cost of living crisis. Surely refunding would be the right thing to do.

Alles durchgetaktet, fertig choreographiert. Es bleibt keine Zeit für Rückfragen, Tipps, Hilfestellungen oder eine kleine Trinkpause.
Fazit: Wenn ich sowas wollen würde, würde ich zum Ballet oder zur nächsten Freilichtbühne gehen. Da ist die einstudierte Bewegung gewollt. Hier im Fitness Studio ist es völlig an der Realität und den Bedürfnissen vorbei.

Les mill seems to have taken over everything gym wise either the gear or the equipment now the workouts a move too far for me - instruction in person I find much better in a class not a talk with a kiwi trainer - thanks but no thanks Les mills

I LOVE this app. I really enjoy spinning and have been doing it for 6 years now. However, working shifts has meant that I didn’t get to as many classes as I wanted to. I have downloaded this and pay for the membership, got myself a spin bike and I don’t think I’ll ever set foot in an ordinary spin class ever again! The RPM workouts are above and beyond. The instructors are world class and the music is great that goes along with it. Highly recommend!

Les Mills product is amazing. Their facilities classes and instructors are world best. Unfortunately their membership services team and payments system isn't. Have been attempting to cancel a membership and received nothing but the run around. They hold my bank account details and debit authority but won't process a cancellation payment, insisting I attend the gym to pay via CC or call and provide CC details. I do not want to provide any CC details as I do not trust their security or systems. Bank Account I can control. I have worked in the payment industry managing gym payments for the last 17 years and know what can and can't be done. It is just a money grab
