Leonidas Belgian Chocolates UK Arvostelua

I purchased some chocolates as a birthday gift, i remembered this company from past visits to Belgium, they were a bit expensive but that not the issue, they arrived quickly, the packaging is the issue, the parcel arrived crushed and split open, and there was what appears to be dried blood on the box, the chocolates box inside was also slightly crushed, problem was the box was too small and weak there was a bit of bubble wrap chucked in with a few biodegradable chips not good packaging, i am a online seller myself and from my experience this is not acceptable, i did email the company to voice my concerns but after 2 days they have not replied, this is why i have decided to leave this review and with one star, will definitely not be using this company again, very disappointed .

Excellent service. Great chocolates.

Even though I didn't get my parcel on time for my gift and the day had past you refunded it. Little did ai know you also didn't return the parcel to sender so I got the goods after also. Thank you restored my husband's and mine custom. Well done and many thanks.

Best chocolates and a fantastic service too.

Biggest problem, I buy them as a gift then eat loads myself.

The chocolates are divine! Gorgeous as usual. Despatched quickly

Only issue was courier. DHL? Man was in tatty white van. Left delivery in my garden without waiting for me to answer door. He forged my signature on delivery device

I knew what I was looking for, a build your own ballotin, as a present for my sister, so that she could relive the joy of leonidas! I found it quite easily. Easy to order and get it sent to her address

wonderful as always..efficient delivery and fantastic chocolates.thankyou! 2nd time of using the site.

Great product and wonderful service . Delivery was prompt and the notifications really helpful.

It was great to be able to choose a selection of my favourite chocolates. The ordering and delivery were problem free and the chocolates are fabulous (as they always are).

The delivery of the order was rather slow... But it was Christmas.

Easy to order, very quick and professional delivery, well packaged, very good chocolate. So all in all very happy, but there is a cost for all this, and ultimately, a bit pricey to my liking. So up to you, if you can afford it, it's a no brainer.

You delivered the chocolates to my parents and they were lovely, but you still haven’t got back to us as to which of your chocolates contain maltodextrin.

As always, the chocolates are fantastic. The order was easy and sent out on time. The only problem was with the courier service, who said the delivery would be on 3rd January and eventually turned up on 9th January.

5* review - wonderful tasting chocolates , expertly wrapped, efficient and prompt ordering and delivery service. Thank you for processing order and delivering in time for Christmas !
