Beautiful but damaged my feet
Women's calf-high diver boot with heel in black washed leather
Boots are really beautiful, real leather but can't wear them as is like walking on a piece of wood so it does hurt my feet.
I thought I just needed to used them so they can "adapt"to my feet but I was wrong: still painful after a week.
And I discovered is the boot itself defective after I tried an other handmade boots (different Manufacturer) which are Heaven!
I was aware that obviously it was too late to send them back, but I contacted them anymore and they promptly suggested to put a shoe sole.
Point is..from a 209 Euro boots (plus 47 Sterling duty fees) I was expecting much more.
Think twice is you want to buy from them as, even if you send them back, you loose the duty fees (that are not mentioned at all in their website).
I honestly regret I bought them.

Dear,
Dear Rossella,
We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with our product.
The item you purchased is among the best-selling and best-quality, but the shape of the shoes is not always suitable for all feet and for this reason we give 14 days to return or change size.
For duties, unfortunately it does not depend for us, since Brexit came into force, it is a UK setting.
We are always available for any need.

Paradise for your feet
I was delighted with the quality and sizing of the shoes ordered. For a petite lady with small feet, size 2EU. Sizing they are a excellent fit. No need for inner soles or grips. Delivery was good and packaged extremely well. Cost of shoes very good for handmade item.
Highly recommend.

Very BEAUTIFUL ankle high boots
Very BEAUTIFUL ankle high boots! Received very quickly and ordering was very easy. Unfortunately they are too narrow for my feet so I need to return them. I would recommend Leonardo Shoes to anyone seeking high quality handmade shoes. It appears these boots were made with a lot of love! The lady who ends up wearing them will be so pleased!
