Except for one thing, deposits are often left pending happens several times a week and it's so annoying. It's payID so should be instant but sometimes I'm left days with my deposit pending, sometimes it's a few hours but I deposit when I have time to play not to wait for it to deposit to my account.

J’ai rencontré un problème sérieux avec le site Leon. J’ai déposé et joué normalement, j’ai réussi à gagner 2 980 €, mais après mon gain, mon compte a été bloqué sans aucune explication valable.
J’ai fourni tous les documents et preuves nécessaires (relevés bancaires, captures d’écran, messages) pour prouver ma bonne foi et que je n’ai enfreint aucune règle. Malgré mes multiples tentatives de contact et de suivi avec le support, ils ont continué à me répondre par des excuses ou à me faire patienter, sans résoudre le problème.

Fast withdrawals and lots of games
This casino has a good array of games, helpful customer service and fast withdrawals. Over the last few days I have made multiple withdrawals, the fastest coming within an hour, the others overnight. After my original review, I was finally able to contact the streamer who sent the deposit to my account and obtained the proof of payment that Leon’s support team had requested as a condition to review my case.
I submitted the proof in the support chat exactly as instructed. However, even after providing the document they asked for, I was informed that the decision to permanently block my account would remain unchanged, without any further explanation and with no possibility of appeal.
I was also told that my funds were confiscated, despite the fact that I did not commit any wrongdoing besides receiving a third-party deposit — something common in giveaways and completely outside my control. Throughout the conversation, the support team gave inconsistent information and refused to justify the final decision, even when I directly asked for a clear reason.
This situation shows a lack of transparency, inflexibility, and fairness in how my case was handled. I am leaving this update to warn other users that even if you provide everything the support team asks for, the decision may simply remain the same with no clear explanation.
