Clubmitgliedschaft ist fine die Firma organisiert, das Geld wird überpünktlich abgebucht. Allerdings ab der dritten Sendung kam altes oder benutztes Schmuckteil, natürlich wurde es abgeneint..
Bei den nächsten Sendungen musste ich beider Post nachzahlen, da es die Zollgebühren entstanden sind. Wie auch immer warum..
Die Firma hat wieder alles verneint, ich sollte doch das Geld beim Zoll zurück holen.
Unverschämt!

Ich habe meine Bestellung diese Woche bekommen. Es ist schön schlicht verpackt mit einem kleinen Schmucktütchen/Täschchen . Die Ware kommt aus der Schweiz und ich hatte dabei keine Lieferprobleme. Es gibt wohl eine Zufriedenheitsgarantie und lebenslange garantie auf den schmuck selbst😋 der schmuck besteht aus edelstahl laut website und die Qualität sieht man tatsächlich auch. Ich finde den design super schön und die Qualität auch! Sonst hätte man sicherlich keine Zufriedenheitsgarantie und lebenslange Garantie geben können, würde es nicht von guter Qualität sein. Bin auf jeden fall begeistert😍 und werde auf jeden fall wieder was von hier bestellen🤗

Man kriegt random irgendwelche Rabatte aber was nicht erwähnt wird: Man muss für die Produkte die Zollkosten selbst bezahlen, und das war ganz und gar nicht billig.
Meine Bestellung hat 2 Woche gebraucht, um anzukommen.
Ich bin nicht zufrieden.

apart from having problems with the delivery! but it was the fault of the situation for the covid19, with the couriers and the Italian customs,

I bought a necklace and a bracelet pink gold plated. They are so beautiful and elegant and I am 100% satisfied about my order. Shipment took about 2 weeks, I live in Italy and company is from Switzerland. Jewels come with a little fabric bag where to keep and protect them and a guaranteed certificate. Customers service is very good and they are kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend this company.
