RETRACTION! I wrote a scathing review on 21 December because I had not received jewellery I ordered in mid-November, the communication with the company was non-existent and I had not received a tracking number.
I have today (31 December) received my order and am very pleased with the product.
So I retract and tender my apologies for my previous words. Leo Mazzotti did fulfil my order, but please in the future provide decent communication and tracking numbers to your clients

Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente ; ho ordinato due bracciali il 26 novembre per fare dei regali di Natale ; sul sito dicevano che i tempi di consegna erano da 3 a 9 giorni , ho messo in conto potessero arrivare anche in 10/11 ma ora , dopo quasi un mese non è arrivato niente ; ho provato a scrive delle e-mail , alla prima mi hanno risposto poi più niente ; sconsiglio vivamente questo sito , esperienza da non ripetere

I ordered a necklace 1 month ago and I haven’t received it yet. I contacted the customer support to find out where my package is but there’s always an auto-reply. If it’s lost I want to be refunded.

Ho ordinato un mese fa e non mi è arrivato né l'ordine né il rimborso dei soldi. Rispondono alla mail che a cause del covid il pacco non è arrivato e non danno track number. TRUFFA!!!!

Ho fatto un ordine il 27 di ottobre e ad oggi 29 novembre non è ancora arrivato, ho chiesto più informazione (tracking number) o il rimborso ma la risposta è sempre le stessa (sembra una risposta automatica). Sconsigliatissimo! Vi consiglio di non ordinare nulla su questo sito.

Ho ordinato una collana a settembre e ad oggi 18 novembre nn è ancora arrivata, ho chiesto il rimborso ma la risposta, dopo svariate mail che gli ho scritto sono state sempre le stesse, con frasi fatte che dicono di pazientare perché ci sono ritardi a causa covid.
Si tratta di una vera e propria truffa. Vi consiglio di nn ordinare nulla su questo sito.

Ho ordinato due collane che sono arrivate nei tempi prestabiliti. Molto belle e ben fatte. L'unico problema che ho riscontrato è che non mi è arrivato ancora dopo 15 giorni il mio codice sconto del programma ambasciatori. Spero risolviate presto

Ordine effettuato a Luglio 2021 a Novembre 2021 a distanza di ben, 4 mesi netti non ho ancora ricevuto niente.
Ho mandato più e-mail per avere notizie.. alla terza mi hanno riinviato l'ordine scusandosi per il disagio, ma anche quest'ordine non é mai arrivato, invio nuovamente tre e-mail con la richiesta di rimborso, ma nessuno mi risponde.
Non farò più nessun ordine su questo sito, lo sconsiglio!

I ordered the necklace almost 4 months ago and it has not been delivered to me yet. I asked for a refund but they refuse and they keep sending me copied emails that the product has been sent. I am frustrated how deceived I am and will never ordered from LM again.

Ho ordinato a inizio luglio con un codice sconto, invece di pagare 38 ho pagato 28.
E' arrivato il pacco a metà settembre dopo ben 4 mail di richieste di informazioni in cui chiedevo spiegazioni e il tracciamento della spedizione che ormai fanno tutti, e la risposta era, una volta, che dovevo pazientare perché causa covid ci sono dei ritardi con le consegne, la seconda che dovevo pazientare perché ci sono problemi alla dogana; la terza che dovevo pazientare e basta.. ho pazientato ma all'arrivo ho dovuto anche pagare 10 euro, guarda caso proprio la differenza dello sconto che avevo avuto

The quality of the jewels are not great. The ambassador program is a hoax. They say you will receive a bracelet every time someone buys with your code, but this is not true. I have contacted the customer service about this and they deny the problem.
