lenshop Arvostelua

All as expected. Prompt delivery, friendly follow up asking if everything is in order. 5 stars +

website says they accept AMEX, website has AMEX interface... does not work: support: we do not accept AMEX. Solution: use PayPal and pay 5% of total fee extra. I did not take this option as I found it a quite steep fee and misleading information on website about payment options.

Great customer service! Item was received only 3 days after originally purchased and I live in LA. Nikos helped assist with the order via email in a satisfactory and professional manner. Will be ordering for Lens Shop again! Thanks!

Fast delivery and friendly service ☀️😎
Love my new Maui Jim sunglasses 👍

The staff nicely supported me and answered all of my questions. I am more than happy to purchase from them again! Wonderful experiences.

Because my glasses broke, I was looking for a new frame from Rayban. I found several offers on the internet, but all of them were the wrong size. While searching I came across the site of De lenshop from Greece. They still had exactly the right frame in the right sizes in stock. I live in the Netherlands. I asked some questions by e-mail and always got an answer within an hour. On the internet I found only good reviews so I decided to order the frame. Within a week, the frame was delivered by post (DHL), so from Groekenland to the Netherlands within five working days. That is super fast. So very good personal service and expertise, pleasant people and very, very fast delivery. The frame was neatly packaged including the invoice, wipes and a handwritten thank you. At De Lenshop you can feel free to order a frame even if you do not live next door.

Thanks a lot!

A nice care with "Efcharisto" which means thank you in Greek.

とっても早く届いてびっくりしました。
ありがとうございます。
thank you

The frame is great, but the original box was broken. I care about that because this is the gift for my son.

Very attentive and great customer support, glasses are mint and the entire experience a blissful ride!
Highly recommended to all!

I am very satisfied with the purchase. Lenshop was the only store in Europe where they still have had the sunglasses I was looking for. They have arrived from Greece to Spain before the announced date, very well packaged and even with a detail. Communication with the store was fluid and transparent. In case of looking for any other glasses in the future, I already know where to turn. Thank you very much for the attention.

Hvala za dobavo očal. Držali ste se dogovora, osebno ste mi sporičili kdaj bo dobava, vprašali, če sem zadovoljen… Zelo profesionalno in točno to kar pričakuje vsak kupec dobrih sončnih očal. Veliko uspeha. Lep pozdrav. Bojan
