Very bad overall experience with CEEME EYEWEAR. Communication is slow, support is unhelpful, and the return and refund process feels like a scam. I would not recommend this shop.

Jeg har i 17 dage forsøgt at få info, og kun modtaget et tracking nummer, hvor der afventer registrering!! Dvs. intet er leveret til UPS - deres kundeservice er håbløs, og fyldt med modstridende argumenter for hvorfor orden ikke er fremsendt! Ville aldrig anbefale nogen at handle med det firma -og det er på trods af jeg ikke engang har modtaget et produkt fra dem endnu, men de vil heller ikke annullere min ordre!
Svindel virksomhed.

I fell for the “30 day risk-free trial, no questions asked returns” thing. Don’t. Their FAQ literally says they send you a prepaid return label and that shipping is free worldwide. Then I asked to return my glasses and all of that just disappeared. They told me to buy my own label and ship them to some address in the Netherlands out of my own pocket.

That’s not what the FAQ says. And their returns page says something different again, so you honestly can’t tell what the actual policy is until you’re already stuck.

Before they’d even talk about a return they offered me 20% cashback to keep the glasses. Then 30%. Then store credit. Anything except actually taking the product back. They also told me there’s a “return portal” I couldn’t use because I’m in the US, which is funny because there’s no portal anywhere on the site.

It’s a dropshipper. Cheap stuff shipped from overseas, nice website, and a returns process built to be annoying enough that you give up.

This has been a terible experience. I ordered a pre-ordered item. I was aware that item was not in stock at the time. So they sent me an email saying it will be shipped a soon as they get them. They changed the date of restocking this item 3 times now. Even if the website says it is in stock it is not. They offered me 10% of the money back twice now. But nothing happened. Still haven't received any money or sunglasses. It is terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Absolute scam. Long story short, Ceeme Eyewear took my money but refused to ship the sunglasses I ordered. All they offered were excuses whenever I inquired about my order and expected shipping date. This is a fraudulent company. Do not purchase from them!

Terrible quality. $1 frames. Tried to return and send back to Netherlands on my own cost, they never responded or refunded the money.

Misleading “30‑day risk‑free” trial – returns are a joke

I bought glasses from Ceeme Eyewear expecting a straightforward exchange, nothing more. Their website advertises a 30‑day “risk‑free” trial, but the reality is completely different.

To exchange or return, I was told I had to ship the glasses back to the Netherlands from the US at my own expense, which can cost a ridiculous amount to ship back to them. That makes the so‑called risk‑free trial effectively meaningless. Most US eyewear companies provide at least a prepaid label or a reasonable local return, but here the cost is pushed entirely onto the buyer.

In practice, this means once you buy the glasses, you are essentially stuck with them because the return shipping is prohibitively expensive. I feel the return policy as implemented is misleading and not aligned with how it is presented on the website. I won’t be purchasing from them again and would advise others in the US to think very carefully before ordering.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Firstly the quality is shockingly poor they are cheap Chinese made crap. I’d be surprised if they are even acetate as described.

Secondly their customer service is probably the worst I’ve EVER delt with. They are not a professional company they Are likely some drop ship garage.

It took me weeks to get a reply from them to even return the sunglasses, I’ve never felt wirh a company that offers for you to keep them at a discount. What a joke. I’m returing the glasses because they are rubbish tat advertised as high end quality. I don’t want to keep them.

I finally got the return details to then hear nothing from them, the items then got to Holland at the address advised for customs to return them to me as the company refused to receive them.

I’m now trying to deal with their shocking customer service which are as much use as a chocolate tea pot. Rude unprofessional and not helpful in the slightest.

Thankfully I used Klarna to purchase them so I have some full back.

DO NOT buy from this company they are terrible

Great communication, great customer service, and a brand I would definitely recommend. I would also be happy to collaborate with them in the future.

These are scammers!!! They have been lying to me for three months.
No products nothing. They act for a bit like they are sending you products then they dont answer anymore!

Great experience, for the price you get insane quality. They were advertising a matter that brands like Dior etc charge way to much for their eyewear.

I must say they’re half the price of my Dior glasses and just as good

Brand conosciuto tramite pubblicità su instagram, ordinato modello Monaco con opzione per aggiungere al carrello un secondo occhiale gratuitamente. Ordine arrivato dopo una ventina di giorni, occhiali di ottima qualità, sono veramente soddisfatto. Sicuramente è un brand di cui terrò conto anche in futuro, da migliorare forse i tempi di consegna, un po lunghi.
