My Mara x started having issues
My Mara x started having issues, lelit was very helpful in helping me fix the issue at home by giving me step by step instructions. I just wish there was an actually number I could have called to speak with someone, took a little more then 24 hours to respond to emails.

Poor quality machine broken within the…
Poor quality machine broken within the first year. Used the machine about 10 times. Customer care wanted $900 to fix a $1800 machine where the parts cost around $50. On Reddit many people complain about the poor quality or their new Lelit machines. I will be sure to tell everyone never to buy a Lelit machine when asked on the Reddit coffee group.

Macchina che ha avuto problemi da subito
Portata in assistenza ma dopo 2 mesi i problemi si ripresentavano nonostante assistenze pagate profumatamente
Il caffè esce acqua privato di tutte le marche in tutti i modi

Service réactif et tutoriels efficaces, mais inquiétude sur la durabilité et la sécurité des matériaux
Ce que j’ai apprécié :
• Excellente réactivité du personnel.
• Les vidéos explicatives disponibles sur YouTube sont très bien conçues et facilitent la réparation. Elles permettent au consommateur de remplacer lui-même la pièce, ce que j’apprécie particulièrement !
Ce que j’ai moins apprécié :
• Après seulement 3 ans d’utilisation, le diffuseur métallique chromé de ma cafetière est fortement endommagé : la couche de chrome s’est en partie détériorée, laissant apparaître le métal.
• Ce qui m’inquiète, c’est d’avoir potentiellement ingéré des particules de chrome dans le café, ce qui n’est certainement pas bon pour la santé.
• J’ai pu recommander une pièce neuve, mais je me demande combien de temps elle va durer. Faut-il alerter les associations de consommateurs ?
