I was able to find and easily order a replacement coal set for our 20 year old fire on the website, which arrived within 48 hours. It was well packed and arrived undamaged, excellent service!

Good fire but poor delivery performance.
1st review 1 star :Not got the fire yet. Web site indicated in-stock but it wasn't. Agreed to wait but missed delivery date. Didn't contact me until afterwards then couldn't deliver when I wanted. Agreed new date which was met on time.
2nd Review 3 star. Fire works a treat. Very happy with design & function. Two stars deducted because of incorrect info on web site and poor delivery performance.

No instructions showing how to fit…
No instructions showing how to fit coals until I noticed makings on coal got stressed over nothing a simple picture showing markings would of been easier they do look good now a lot better than the original ones so 4 stars would of been 5 stars if I had a diagram of where to put coals
