Schlechter Kunden-Support!
Leider absolut unzufrieden mit der Kundenbetreuung von Legami! Die Lieferung erfolgte deutlich verzögert und das Paket kam zu spät an. Ich habe eine Rücksendung angemeldet, aber nie eine Reaktion bekommen. Erst nach Anschreiben auf Instagram habe ich eine Reaktion bekommen und muss jetzt die Rücksendekosten von 20€ auch noch selber tragen? Absolut unmöglich. Schade. Die Produkte sind toll, aber der Service unterirdisch.

Bad practices
After two weeks of waiting, I had to ask where my delivery is in order for them to ship it to me. I then requested to send something back, it's been 3 weeks and I've still not received instructions about how to do this, and they've ignored two emails I've sent asking for help. I probably wont be able to get my money back at this point.
The items are nice but buy them from retailers, not Legami directly unless you want to lose time, patience and money.

Vorne weg: bei der ersten Bestellung im Oktober lief alles super, auch wenn die Sendung etwas auf sich warten ließ.
Bei der zweiten Bestellung Anfang November, die nun zur dritten Bestellung wurde, kam nichts an. Wochenlang keine wtare. Dann wurde das Geld zurück überwiesen (ohne Versand), weil angeblich unzustellbar.... Kundenservice antwortete zeitnah, hatte allerdings keine Lösung. Nun die gleiche Ware erneut bestellt. Kundenservice schickte mir sogar die Paketnummer, allerdings scheint GLS einfach die Arbeit eingestellt zu haben. Bisher kein Paket erhalten...

Tres decue commande de noel
Commande de noel passee sur legami. Un service client injoignable pas performant. 3 stylos manquants,recap par facture ,je demande des explications au service client qui me repond a cote...X formulaires a remplir,livraison retardee par GLS,adresse transformee en italien ,forcemment ils risquaient pas de me trouver et me livrer a domicile. Livraison a 8 euros.Finalement,je la receptionne le 16 dec ds un point relais...tres decue,je recommanderai plus jamais directement.

Kundenservice reagiert einfach nicht
Ich hatte hier vor Kurzem schon einmal eine Bewertung abgegeben und Legami hatte darauf geantwortet, dass sich umgehend jemand bei mir meldet, da einfach niemand auf meine Retourenanfrage reagiert. Das ist eine unglaubliche Unverschämtheit!
Am 12.11. habe ich eine Bestellung (Nr. 01007654) getätigt. Einige Minuten später habe ich bemerkt, dass eine Lieferzeit von ca. zwei Wochen viel zu lang ist. Daraufhin habe ich direkt versucht, die Bestellung zu stornieren. Das erste Mal gab es keine Antwort. Anschließend habe ich am 27.11., als die Bestellung endlich ankam, erneut versucht, Legami per E-Mail zu erreichen, diesmal den Kundendienst. Auch dies blieb erfolglos. Außer einer automatischen E-Mail, dass die Antwort 48 bis 72 Stunden dauern kann, erfolgte keine weitere Reaktion. Mein dritter Kontaktversuch erfolgte am 08.12.2025 mit der Bitte um Bearbeitung meiner Stornierung vom 12.11., Zusendung eines Rücklieferscheins sowie Erstattung des Kaufpreises. Auch darauf erfolgte keine Reaktion außer der gewohnten automatischen E-Mail, dass die Bearbeitung 48–72 Stunden dauern wird. Mittlerweile habe ich das Gefühl, dass Legami die Anliegen der Kunden komplett egal sind. Ich werde definitiv keine Legami-Produkte mehr kaufen und auch jedem, den ich kenne, davon abraten. Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht von einem solchen Markennamen.

Articles manquants et aucun contact possible avec legami

J'ai commandé des articles pour Noël. Commande 01101421 reçue rapidement mais 6 articles manquants, alors que la facturation est complète. J'ai envoyé un mail au service client, mais j'ai eu une réponse automatique me disant de passer par le formulaire. Mais Envoi de la réclamation par le formulaire impossible, car quand je clique sur "envoyer", il apparait "Oups ! Erreur imprévue. Réessayez plus tard." Comment faire? les articles vont ils être réexpédiés? remboursés? Très décue par cette expérience... Moi qui croyez que passer par le site officiel était gage de qualité...

Items never arrived, got a confirmation that they were dispatched but just like others this magical parcel never arrived. Extortionate shipping prices. Would never even attempt to order from this site again. Lesson learned, read trustpilot reviews before making a purchase.

ordine IT00988166 mai ricevuto
Buongiorno, il giorno 27 ottobre eseguo l'ordine IT00988166 per l'acquisto di 2 set di penne. Il giorno 31 ottobre vengo avvisato del pacco in consegna e resto a casa. Alle 13:40 mi arriva l'email da Legami (e dal corriere) per dirmi che il pacco è stato consegnato. Rimango basito perchè nessuno ha suonato al citofono. Nel dubbio corro a controllare se il pacco è stato lasciato da qualche parte: corsa che si rivelerà inutile. Apro subito la segnalazione (numero 00999075) nel sito Legami per spiegare la situazione e capire cosa fare. Attendo invano diversi giorni (troppi) senza alcun riscontro, e in data 11 novembre apro una seconda segnalazione (numero 01006928), ma anch'essa non riceve alcun riscontro.
Qualche giorno fa riesco a passare in un negozio Legami per chiedere supporto, e anche lì non sanno cosa dirmi perchè, assurdamente, il sito non riporta alcun tipo di contatto, né email né telefonico.
In conclusione: dopo oltre 45 giorni non ho idea di dove siano le mie penne e nonostante abbia chiesto supporto tempestivamente per ben 2 volte la Legami risulta vergognosamente INESISTENTE. Se pensate che questo sia il trattamento corretto per i vostri clienti allora vi suggerisco fortemente di rivedere le vostre politiche di Customer Service perchè al momento sono imbarazzanti. Anzi, aiutatemi a trovare il termine giusto per definire uno scambio commerciale in cui il cliente paga per avere un servizio/bene promesso dal fornitore questo oltre a non fornire quanto pattuito risulta irrintracciabile. VERGOGNA!

Commande presque vide mais expédiée quand même
Commande de 3 articles dont 2 ne se trouvent que sur leur site. J'accepte donc de payer leurs frais de port rédhibitoires ! Une semaine plus tard mail m'indiquant que ma commande est expédiée mais qu'il manque 2 articles sur 3 ! Évidemment ne me reste plus que l'article que l'on trouve partout. Jamais je n'aurais payé des frais de port pour cet article. Et impossible d'annuler la commande. Franchement honteux a éviter absolument

Leider muss auch ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben. Ich habe meine Bestellung zwar erhalten, aber es ist unmöglich den Kundendienst bzgl. einer Rücksendung zu kontaktieren bzw. ein Retourenlabel zu erhalten. Automatisch funktioniert dies nicht und auch auf eine zweimalige Kontaktaufnahme kam überhaupt keine Reaktion. Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich bei Legami bestellt habe

Servizio clienti e supporto impresentabili
Purtroppo devo dare 1 stella per il pessimo servizio offerto e il supporto inesistente. Ordine # IT 01095793 effettuato il 06/12, millantato un tentativo di consegna, però mai effettuato, il 10/12 alle 14.28, pacco dichiarato consegnato sempre il 10/12 alle 15.10, senza però che abbiamo mai ricevuto nulla (aggiungo ID spedizione: IT3137110780). Il servizio clienti risponde solo con mail preimpostate, non c'è modo di ricevere informazioni sulla presunta consegna del pacco, ho chiesto di avere il rimborso e non c'è nessuna notifica sull'avanzamento della pratica. Per quanto costano i vostri prodotti dovreste offrire un servizio decisamente migliore, anche in termini di controllo delle spedizioni.
