Ma commande a été passée et payée le 5 mars 2026, je devais la recevoir en moins d’une semaine. Au bout de 10 jours je tente de comprendre pourquoi je ne l’ai toujours pas reçue. Impossible de joindre legami. Je découvre qu’elle est bloquée chez le transporteur 15 jours plus tard. À présent je ne vois plus aucun suivi sur mon compte et m’aperçois qu’elle a été renvoyée à l’expéditeur. Ma fille l’attendait pour le carnaval de son école, il y une semaine. Tout ça sans aucune explication !!! Je trouve ça choquant. J’espère au moins être remboursée… Je suis vraiment très déçue !

Anfangs war ich etwas skeptisch, nach dem ich die Rezessionen gelesen hatte, da ich erst bestellt und dann gegoogelt habe wie lange der Versand ungefähr dauert. Ich hatte etwas angst ob es überhaupt und richtig ankommt. Aber ich bin mehr als zufrieden meine Tochter wird sich sehr über ihr Eid Geschenk freuen. Suite à mon premier avis, Legami m'a envoyé une photo du puzzle terminé en guise d'aide, principe auquel j'avais déjà pensé en prenant en photo l'emballage...
J'ai terminé le puzzle et il manque 2 pièces ! Je suis vraiment en colère car c'est un souvenir acheté à Rome et maintenant je ne peu même pas l'encadrer c'est vraiment nul !

Ich habe etwas falsches bestellt und eine Minute später storniert aber es wurde gar nicht darauf reagiert. Der Karton war viel zu groß für die Stifte die viel zu locker versendet wurden. 10€ Versandkosten btw.

Ho comprato 20 penne cancellabili con varie teme fattoria mi è successo che era scarica o si è scaricata subito dopo, direi che è da rivedere anche la possibilità di scegliere il colore dei animaletti se uno prende un gatto, cane, etc di avere la possibilità di scegliere il colore ( c'è da dire che si scaricano appena scrivi 3 frasi). Poca scelta sui colori. Se compri la mina apparte magari e verde ma la penna che usi come ricambio e blu/ nero quindi il bambino si deve ricordare che se fuori e nero magari dentro e verde. Il gatto giocattolo Memory con la prima immersione nel acqua ( durante il bagnetto) si e rotto subito. Dalla collezione World la penna multicolori ed il nero era già scarico! La penna nera squish forma pinguino pure quella si è rotta subito. Sono carine come design ma per qualità è scadente. Fisarmonica che suona e fatta meglio rispetto ai inchiostri! Mio figlio è fan Legami ma con me hanno perso una cliente!
