Canada here… our postal service was busy during December but your customer service person responded to my concerns immediately. Slippers and socks arrived today and my feet are finally and mercifully warm. There is really nothing like real wool for warmth.

Searching for the right size
It is very difficult to find out wich size to order.
Last summer, I had to send back an XL men's robe (much, much too large) and the shipping costs are so expensive !
This time, I hope that I chose the right size, reading the reviews of other customers, who recommend ordering two sizes up.

Why EUs for USA Purchase?
The email and website show prices in USD but when I logged in to complete my order (with USA address), the prices charged to EU - even though I live in and my mailing address is in the U.S.
Why?

My wife had wanted a "night cap" for years. The thought of giving her a Chinese made cap was appalling. Being of Irish heritage, I naturally turned to Ireland. Here in Lee Valley, it was, and it looked perfect. When she opened it Christmas morn, twas truly perfect.
