This guy named Alex bought reviews from me. When his balance reached 500 USDT, he refused to pay me. Now, he is replying to the reviews with false claims, saying that he is being blackmailed. I have reported his business with full evidence.

This review is false and does not come from a customer. It is a direct fabrication.
We have documented evidence of threats made demanding payment in exchange for not posting fake negative reviews. We refused to pay. The fake reviews followed immediately, exactly as threatened. We have reported all of this to Trustpilot and are pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal channels.
We would encourage anyone reading this to look at the pattern of reviews posted in the last few days, all from unverified accounts, all appearing after a threat was made, and all containing no verifiable order details. We are confident the facts speak for themselves.

My experience with leeloodoll has been a complete disaster. Not only was the delivery hugely delayed, but when I tried to cancel my order due to the wait, they attempted to charge me a huge restocking fee for an item that hadn't even shipped yet. Their refund policy is designed to trap your money. Plus, the communication is terrible; they only reply if it's to avoid giving a refund. Save yourself the stress and buy from a more reputable company.

Don't get me wrong
Don't get me wrong, I did get a doll after a lengthy chat with customer support about verifying my identity for taking a video of myself with my ID and the payment card. The problem is that the doll looks nothing like what I ordered – wrong height, wrong head, wrong body. I didn't get any of the accessories I had ordered either.
Here's the catch: The item can't be returned or refunded. Yep, you read that right; it's not refundable.
Also, don't put too much stock in the photos you see. What you get won't match those at all.
Honestly, you’re better off just buying a cheap doll elsewhere. This place will give you something similarly low-end but at a much higher price.

The product is an absolute joke
The product is an absolute joke. The material is cheap the "realism" is a complete lie and it arrived looking like a second hand toy that had been damaged. They bait you with fake professional photos to pay hundreds for a piece of trash that goes in a bin.

Don't risk it. Please, avoid any advance payments to them.
Leeloo Dolls says their payment method is secure, but that's totally false. I paid via PayPal, and after they got the money, they said they hadn't received it. Same thing happened with Google Pay. They kept saying no payment was received.
This is super shady. They act like they'll never send the order, even when payment companies prove otherwise.
Don't risk it. Please, avoid any advance payments to them.

The model looks way better in person…
The model looks way better in person than in the photos which is always a nice surprise. I spent a while comparing different shops before ordering, prices, what they had available, how easy the site was to use etc. Happy I went with these guys. Definitely the right call.

Absolutely brilliant service from start…
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. They answered all my questions, provided loads of photos and videos, and helped me choose right doll. Special thanks to Alex, who spent a month patiently answering my endless questions. Sorry again for all the questions, buying a doll was something completely new to me, I didn't have a clue about any of it. I would definitely recommend Leeloo without hesitation.
