They gave me a really good discount. At first, I was nervous because this was my first time ordering something from an online store. But I am happy, my first experience was very good.

Bought a double ottoman bed last week. There was a slight delay of one day with the courier company, but the store's customer service team was brilliant—they tracked the delivery and kept me updated throughout. The bed looks amazing in our spare room and the storage space is exactly what we needed. Assembly took a bit longer than expected because the instructions could be a little clearer, but overall, it’s an excellent product for the price. Will definitely buy from them again.

I was wary about ordering a bed online. But this store blew my expectations out of the water. Ordering was easy, and the delivery was super timely. Plus, the delivery guys were nice and even helped bring the hefty boxes inside. The bed is amazing – it's very well-built, super sturdy, and looks way pricier than its actual cost. Setup wasn't tricky at all. So, if you want great quality at a reasonable price, I highly recommend them!

The beds I saw in their store looked exactly the same in real life. There was no difference between the image and the actual bed.

And an important point is that the bed also comes with a 2 year warranty 😊. Within those two years, whenever the bed gets damaged, they will replace it.

My strong advice to everyone is that Cloudbed’s bed quality is superb. I ordered two beds, which were delivered in just 3 days. I also received free bedsheets with the beds, which I really liked.

How this company got three stars I do not know. No response to emails, no contact details either aside from an email address which did not get responded to. They sent the wrong colour bed and I noticed this before dispatch and emailed to ensure that the right bed was sent out but because the email wasn’t checked or responded to, lo and behold the wrong colour bed arrived. Driver would not let me refuse delivery and has left me with a bed I did not order, expectedly contacted to get the colour amended before dispatch and followed up with another email which had also been ignored.

Amazing customer service would recommend cloud 9yn to everyone the quality is fantastic I love my new bed and mattress it's so comfy. I'm even thinking of buying a matching ottoman for the end of the bed.

I have bought three different sizes of beds & extremely happy with the quality of the beds, their delivery service which has been prompt, on time & as promised. The guys who delivered the beds were fabulous & highly skilled in their job. Highly recommended & will buy again.

Absolutely brilliant service and product. Two lovely gents delivered the bed and kept in touch letting me know when they would arrive, very polite and professional. Got the bed together in no time and made sure I checked it was all ok before they left. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
