Highly recommend

This shop is always easy and great to deal with. The staff really know their products.

A prompt reply to my query. Thank you

A great company to deal with. An excellent range of stock, competitive prices, plus good communication and prompt dispatch of goods that were extremely well packaged.

I dealt with David (I think that was his name). He was friendly, courteous and efficient. My product arrived in store in about 3 days and I was promptly notified.

Really good service and would recommend.

Helpful staff when I needed to update details.

Nathan was very informative and helpful in choosing the equipment to start my daughter on her photography journey!

Very unhelpful when trying to purchase a gift card. Multiple unnecessary and non standard security checks and in the end required the person who the gift card was to be for to go to the store in person to resolve.

Best customer service !!

Importantly we love Western Australia. We are pleased to have a Aussie made microphone. We tested it for the first time yesterday and it’s perfect. 5 stars Leederville Cameras. It arrived with great courier service to Melbourne Victoria Australia. Don’t change what is beautiful about us. Thank you for your time your the best and you stared⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My names Amy Garcia and I bought the Insta360 One RS Twin edition from your store.
The customer service was impeccable from start to finish, i wish i got the guy's name who was helping me but he seemed to be the main one working there, possibly the manager?
He was excellent in explaining the entire ordering process to me - as i live rural and was unsure of postage process.
He was so helpful and really knew how to deal with customers making the entire process an enjoyable one for me.
