LED bulbs had the product I was searching for to fix my office space. They were easy to work with, their customer service response time could have been more efficient

I PLACED AN ORDER ON THEIR SITE 3 DAYS AGO. AFTER PLACING THE ORDER I REALIZED I WAS CHARGED SHIPPING BUT THEIR HOME PAGE STATES "FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS". I ALSO HAD A FEW OTHER PRODUCT QUESTIONS. SO I GAVE THEM A CALL...NO ANSWER. I HAVE SINCE CALLED A DOZEN TIMES AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES! I STILL HAVEN'T SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE!
BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD $200!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!

Sent the wrong LED light and when I asked for the proper one they told me they were out of stock and one would be sent ASAP. The owner (KURT) also called me and promised the same and even added a note in my account that one would be sent. Well, 2 months later, ( as he requested I wait ), no bulb and account deleted. Emails ignored, and phone calls not returned. Avoid these people they are not trustworthy.

I called and asked for a quantity discount and found out the item I was looking for was no longer available. They found me the newer version and still gave me the quantity discount. They called to discuss everything personally.

I have called several times with question and even left messages. NEVER received a call back. I want to buy more LED lights but have some questions.
Yes, I did receive my original order but wanted more.

I really enjoy the service that is provided, whether it's online, chat, email or over the phone. The prices are great and this helps me to be competitive with my estimating. I highly recommend to anyone shopping for LED's.

These people went way out of their way to make sure I got the correct products. There were some problems, most of which were caused by my mistakes, and they could have walked away or made life difficult. Instead, they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. Highly recommended.

It was great working with the people at LEDlightbulbs.com. They answered all my questions quickly and helped me with my project to upgrade my recessed lighting to LED. I will definitely be a customer for a long time.

Vicki and Cee have been great from LED. What I ordered came with expedience but ended up not being exactly what I wanted. Returning the item couldn't have been easier. There has been a delay in my new shipment ONLY BECAUSE what I wanted hasn't been "invented" yet. They have kept an eye all all sources to find what I am looking for. They did find what I am looking for and have kept me updated on a regular basis as to when my item will be completely through manufacturing. And wanting something that is before the curve--they found it amazingly fast. Helpful and friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

Wasn't sure which color to get, they explained all the "k's" . Now need to place an order to change out all my flood lights!
