Le Collectionist Arvostelua

This is our second time using Le Collectionist with outstanding results. They meet every need with rapid responsiveness. I highly recommend them if you want a hassle free travel experience. Special mention to Kim in Athens and Michalis in Crete for their assistance!!!

Le Collectionist did a great job recommending houses that covered what we were looking for. They were communicative, did a great job with check in and their concierge was helpful during our stay.
Our house unfortunately had many issues and there was an issue regarding our security deposit that Le Collectionist handled for us. Before renting a house from them, I would ask whether there have been issues getting back the security deposit.

We had a great time! We will always use Le Collectionist for European travel. Mahe was wonderful. The best!

Everything was great! Kateryna helped plan the perfect vacation and the house was incredible! We will definitely be booking again through Le Collectionist!

The coordination with Paul Cremona to book the house, the work with Chloe to get set up, and the work with Lisa and crew in concierge was flawless.

The entire experience was very positive. The Le Collectionist team was extremely responsive and attentive to our communication and requests and the house was exactly as advertised. Overall a very pleasant experience, thank you.

Villa was great and the right balance of refinement without ostentatoire luxury. Very good taste all around.
Very bad concierge experience where people have to be treated as customers and not cash machines..

The experience was seamless from initial contact to check out. Villa Hespera exceeded our expectations and is even better than the photographs.

The total experience was wonder-full! It was for our annual family vacation of 10 ( ages 16-83). First class in every way. The location, accommodations, facilities could not have been better. The staff, chefs and all the related help were both professional and personable. Any and all concerns issues and questions were immediately addressed. It was as perfect as it could be.

We just returned from an unforgettable week in Molunat at Villa Nebeski. Niksa and family went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of during our stay. The house was very well-maintained and furnished and the setting was jaw-droppingly beautiful, from the infinity pool overlooking the bay to the private beach on the Adriatic. Very convenient to the airport and (to my surprise) a welcome distance from the mayhem of Dubrovnik. Tranquil, peaceful, astoundingly beautiful and with unfailingly good service. We can't wait to return!

Great villa, good location, fantastic service, defaults of the villa have been fixed instantly which proves the service of a local Le Collectionist colleague.
As well the extensive knowledge of the local activities presented in a nice brochure adds value to the holiday feeling.

Everything was perfect.

Overall excellent experience from start to finish ! 5 star team and service

The house was great! The concierge help was amazing!

This was our first stay with Le Collectionist and it will not be our last. The villa was perfect for our family (three generations) and we received great service and support. In fact we’re planning to return to the same villa next year.

The concierges were very responsive and incredibly helpful. Communication was solid before and during our stay. The property was even better than pictured and described. The on site staff member was also wonderful.

This is our 3rd villa rental with Le Collection. Our trips have been spectacular, the properties were all beautiful in their own unique way.The sales staff is extremely patient and gracious in assisting to choose a villa, as with a large group can be complicated. Once chosen the concierge staff has been invaluable in helping to plan our trip excursions, and the local concierge groups to the individual villas have been most helpful and professional. I would recommend Le Collection and after 3 successful trips would be returning again.

Le Collectionist were brilliant. The pre arrival concierge service by Ines was first rate and the concierge service from Carla during our stay was 5 star. The only reason we’re gave 4 star overall was the villa detail. The villa has superb facilities, all should be 5 star but the owners need to invest in an electrical, plumbing and Wi-Fi maintenance plan. We had some issues with each and that should not happen in a luxury villa

A truly outstanding holiday experience.
From start to finish, everything was delivered at an exceptional level. The combination of state-of-the-art luxury and outstanding service in the villa exceeded all expectations.
Our sincere compliments to the entire Le Collectionist team. From the initial contact and seamless booking process to the attentive guidance throughout, every step was handled with great care and professionalism. Upon arrival and during our stay, the experience was nothing short of remarkable.
We especially appreciated the local hospitality and the genuine, personalized approach—focused not only on service delivery but on creating a warm, human connection tailored to guests’ expectations.
An absolute recommendation.
