There are to many people to connect with.The services we asked were far to high in price, we left with no good feelings but everything was very good, the house keeping was very friendly and we came back with good feelings

Everyone that was involved in organising the stay were incredibly service minded, helpful and kind. Whenever we had questions or needed help we got it.

We also had an amazing breakfast every morning made by the house maid and it was amazing, Aurelie was super nice and so helpful and made us a picnic snack for pur super early travel in the morning. We really appreciated that and everything else she did.

Meline was super sweet and very helpful and welcoming for our stay, she gave us all the info we needed and made sure we had a great stay!

Location and house was breathtaking, we never wanted to leave.

Warmly recommend! Staff adn service was 10 out of 10!

Our families' experience with Le Collectionist was absolutely stellar - we felt at home, felt prioritized, felt taken care of, and truly felt like we received a VIP treatment! The staff was available for any questions any time, and we felt that they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They helped streamline our whole experience from groceries to car rentals so that we could focus on being together and enjoying our vacation and not sweat the details. We aren't famous special celebrities but we definitely felt like we were!! We can't recommend Le Collectionist enough.

Everything about our experience with Le Collectionist was outstanding. The booking process, the villa and the concierge services were all first class. I highly recommend them.

I had a very frustrating experience with Le Collectionist.

I selected a villa on the French Riviera and proceeded with the booking, including making a prepayment. Everything initially seemed fine, but then communication became extremely poor. After waiting three weeks, I was suddenly informed that the villa was not available — despite the fact that they had already taken my payment.

What is most concerning is the level of disorganization: my request was clearly for July, yet I received a response referring to September, which shows a complete lack of attention to detail and raises serious doubts about how bookings are handled internally.

Although I was refunded the next day after I complained, this does not make up for the three weeks lost, the uncertainty, and the missed opportunity to secure another property during a high-demand period.

This is simply unacceptable for a company positioning itself as a luxury service provider.

I would expect:
• Reliable and accurate handling of booking requests
• Timely and professional communication
• Accountability when errors occur

At this stage, I hope the company will take responsibility and come back with a serious alternative solution, ideally the villa originally selected or an equivalent option.

Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

We partnered with the agency for a multi-day workshop at Villa Occulus and were very satisfied with the collaboration.

Communication with Emma in advance was always transparent, fast, and solution-driven. She remained flexible and professional, even when adjustments were needed on short notice.

On-site, Ines was a great concierge and managed all operations exceptionally well. Having a dedicated point of contact on site made a real difference. The coordination between locations and shuttle services worked seamlessly.

Overall, a very pleasant and reliable collaboration that I would definitely recommend.

When we started planning this trip a year ago, I could not have anticipated how amazing Le Collectionist would be. Often times you book your lodging only thinking about certain aspects, like location, amenities etc. Le Collectionist is so much more than that. These are dedicated, professional, and kind people who made our stay truly magical. Lucile and Florian were more than helpful. They were responsive and so willing to make our stay magical. From the little details and treats for our kids to welcome us to immediately offering to help me fix my phone in a different town when it broke, to coordinating things for us all week long. I still dream of our stay and genuinely hope to come back one day. Le Collectionist left a mark in our lives. One of the best trips of our lives.
