We were very happy with our stay. The property was above our expectations. Perfect location, comfortable and cosy interior design, well maintained. The property taker was exceptionally good at serving at every aspect; 10 out of 10! Skiing in and out was the most convenient among properties we have stayed so far. This property will be at our radar when we choose to stay at Courchevel at our next skiing vacation.

Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin pour la location d'un chalet à Megéve.
Le ménage et les lits notamment n'étaient pas fait tous les jours comme prévu.
Ils essayent de prendre des frais non justifiés sur la caution au moment du départ et j'ai vu beaucoup de commentaires sur ce point donc c'est quelque chose de fréquent.
Le service de conciergerie nous a fait une réservation dans un restaurant gastronomique pour 13 personnes à la mauvaise date du coup un groupe de 13 personnes se retrouvent sans manger à 22h UNE HONTE.
C'est simple j'ai donné le dossier à mon avocat

Villa située dans un environnement exceptionnel mais peu adaptée pour la location en hiver : production d'eau chaude insuffisante, utilisation de la cheminée non autorisée... Par ailleurs, le service de conciergerie a été inopérant car nos interlocuteurs ne connaissaient pas la villa et son environnement.
En revanche, un grand merci à Muriel, chargée de l'entretien de la villa qui s'est montrée efficace et disponible pour faciliter notre séjour.

The morning transfer to the ski lifts was never on time.
The pool temperature took a few days to get acceptable.
There were no pool towels.
The cleaning team didn’t change bath towels as they were supposed to do. They did it the next day after clients complain. The same for bath products.
The kitchen exhausting system didn’t work properly and the all chalet was full of smoke and smell when chef was cooking.
On the positive side it’s a nice chalet and well located.

Le chalet est un endroit où l’on souhaite rester surtout durant les soirées en famille ou entre amis

Concierge service really poor, took two weeks to book a few reservations. Unresponsive for a couple of days. Wasn't able to get two restaurants that then I was able to book myself. Didn't feel like a dedicated concierge for my stay.

Cleaning service not consistent with time requested and agreed on. After complaining once, they did show up again in the afternoon towards the end of our stay.

Not the same service as I once got from them on a previous booking.

Communication from booking and concierge staff was great throughout the process. We had a minor issue with the arrival time of our group, the greeter (Marie) solved our problem for us and made the process go very smoothly. We had a lovely stay.

My experience was phenomenal. My concierge Giulia made sure every need was met and exceeded. From beginning to end the best vacation experience I have ever had. The villa was amazing only overshadowed by the amazing staff. Definitely 5 star experience ✨️.

The location is extremely beautiful and private. The house had everything we needed and more. The service always attentive to our needs. We will definitely come back in spring or summer to enjoy the swimming pool and outside terraces. Even with the cold weather the house was nice and warm, we used some of the beautiful fireplaces and also the bbq.
Consider there is a small piece of country road before arriving to the house. Absolutely better to arrive during the day.

We had an amazing experience staying at Poggio Mori, Villa Bludivigna. We were 10 couples of friends and the property was perfect to accommodate all of us and ensure a luxurious stay. We lived not just the property but also the staff. Everyone was super kind and helpful. We would go back in a chinch and would highly recommend this destination to anyone looking for a tasteful and luxurious experience.

Perfect location walkable to beaches, cafes and restaurants. Spacious and comfortable house even for 12 people. Large deep pool. Well equipped throughout. Very helpful support team for all kinds of bookings locally.
