We are absolutely delighted with the items we have received. One item is still in its way but we have got everything else. Absolutely fantastic service, received quickly and the items are great. Our daughter is thrilled

Lovely customer service and just amazing and outstanding products for the whole family. I cannot fault this company at all.

I was having trouble with an order and I spoke to a lovely lady called Tracey who helped me with completing my order.
I can not describe how brilliant she is. I felt like I was listened to and had her empathy which is hard to find.
Thank you so much for brightening my day,
Savannah.

Missing an item on order
It ended up coming a few days later and the company were great at contacting me on the days they were open to resolve the issue.

Fast delivery and some items were cheaper than elsewhere online so I would definitely look here first when needing to order again.

Started off with poor communication but they reached out to me by phone call and resolved the issue and even sent a freebie, my daughter is super excited to receive the items she chose from here.

Brilliant resources my autistic 4 year old loves the quality is great

Brilliant service couldn’t have been any easier. Customer service is a 5 star plus Sinead put everything through for me and even called me back when our line disconnected.

Friendly lovely person you can tell she loves her job. I would definitely buy from this website again.

Fast, quick, simple, I felt heard by the team and respected during all my phone calls. I had a bit of a moment and ordered items that I didn’t need so panicked rang them and boom just like that all changed within a matter of seconds there was no issues worries nothing it was resolved very quickly the call handlers were amazing and cheerful which is always nice to hear. I highly recommend them. Granted some of the items are at a big price tag however they are great quality I ordered my son the red cone (Gonge top sit and spin) and he loves it. (5 Years old) The delivery was also incredibly fast considering it is Christmas season my items were received within a week of ordering (this may not always be the case however it does give an in sight)

Lovely staff, very helpful.
