Not Very happy
Its been very easy to do business with leader, from start to finish i was kept in the loop regarding delivery , the doors were superb and as described.
I would certainly use them again in the future
Sadly after leaving this review, i oiled the doors and found one to have no grain pattern at all, its basically a bare board, i emailed and supplied pictures, only to be told they cant do anything as i have oiled them, but the fault didnt show until they were oiled, i have spent £600 plus on doors and fittings and am stuck with a door i cant use, i now give them 1 star as it wont let me give zero

Never answered any of my emails.
“Order” of doors and accessories arrived WITHOUT the doors.
Already waited two weeks for delivery.
Apparently they haven’t even booked delivery of the doors.
My advice is to steer clear of these cowboys and to shop local.

Delivery driver damaged paint work as he was rushing round because it was raining. So I was told to contact the Heplteam @ leader trade but whan I did they just apologised & told me they were closing the ticket & that was the end of the compliante.
