Place order on line for some log lap timber to repair garden building
Lawson took order and sent acknowledgment I then got a PayPal refund for order with no correspondence from Lawsons, cancelling Theo deer with out letting me know at all.
I phoned them and they confirmed it was cancelled and told me I’d have to sort it out elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. Will never use again

The lads in the yard directly helping you to park when busy and getting your gear loaded and bosh into the sales office. Bosh, out the gate and in work for 0800. Bosh

Mark Holohan has been extremely helpful in assisting me with placing my order. He was professional, friendly, patient, and made the whole process very easy. I really appreciate his help and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Wrongly delivered the wrong size decking but rectified the order very swiftly

Unfortunately you do not stock the MDF panelling that I required, the staff were very helpful as always

Great all round service from ordering office though to delivery.

So booked a delivery for timber decking for 11 th August, spoke to office a number of times on the day and was told it's coming after lunch, then before 5 then arrived at 6:10pm, well I wasn't impressed. Except for the delivery driver MARK what an absolute star. I've met him afew times now on different jobs. And he goes out his way to help me. Honestly a true gentleman and is happy to help. Due to the access to property on a steep hill. MARK was happy to help me as I've sent my labourer home earlier in the day. Well thank you Mark I appreciate your help

Placed order online for agreed delivery on Tuesday
Had no confirmation of delivery so called to confirm
Was told part of order not available and earliest delivery now on the Friday. Friday delivery arrived but now short of another 10 items on back order with no confirmed delivery date
On inspection found part of order damaged, called the office to complain and after investigation now told that the remainder of order will be delivered next Friday. 10 days late. Not a professional service and impacts project timelines considerably

Great website, easy ordering, great prices for sleeper timber and they deliver. How good is that.
My mistake I was expecting an email with a delivery date or maybe even a time slot.
I’d just got back from a 3 day job away. There is nobody here, it’s August and quite popular with 2 weeks away.
Luckily I was here. I asked the driver what would you do if the gates are closed. He said it’s kerbside delivery so he’d leave 12 sleepers on the public footpath. That could have been for 2 weeks.
I’d rate the company 5/5 if I’d received notification of delivery date. That way if nobody is going to be here we could reschedule at your convenience or arrange for 2 to be here to move the delivery from the public footpath
I’d use again but would need a delivery date for a customers projects so it could be moved off a footpath
