All the other reviews are right. This company is dodgy AF. They have no contact details except for a single email address, which only sends AI generated replies. I received a cordless lawnmower which simply does not work - the battery lasts maybe two minutes max. I have been chasing a refund for months now and am getting nowhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this company .No contact details apart from AI generated emails .requested return of faulty product and full refund .After numerous requests via emails of video of faulty equipment and several sent and Ai generated emails a total of 24 back and forth going round in circles. They wanted to sent a replacement motor no chance of me fitting as if I touched and was faulty it would be my fault.Still no joy .So had to take it further .

I bought the Lawnora hose which arrived in a battered state and instead of brass/metal connectors they are flimsy.. plastic and coloured to look like metal.They don't seem to understand me when asking (again) for a refund.as it is not as advertised.

I ordered a garden strimmer week a go and still waiting delivery, there is no delivery delays or problems so im left wondering why has my order not been delivered, having spent £128 i am now very concerned it would have been a lot less stressful to order through amazon 😡not to mention cheaper !!!

Agree totally with other reviewers.
An offshore digital marketing setup wholly based on AI with no physical bricks & mortar address however they do use a distribution warehouse in Leicester. I found this by scanning the post bar code.
Being offshore UK distant selling regs do not apply.
However I do believe the product is robust, versatile & well made.

Ordered a hedge trimmer.

It came with the box damaged, half the trimmer was hanging out and the battery had been broken.

The product is cheap and not well made at all.

I have emailed their customer service twice asking for a refund and a robot answers saying they will send a new battery! I have said I don’t want a replacement battery, I would like to return the item for a full refund as is my right to do so.

The webpage says free returns etc but they don’t send a returns note in the box, you have to contact them through email and ask them. Which has resulted in the same response twice about a new battery!

It’s not good enough, I want a refund and they aren’t sending one.

Don’t use them!

They show a 4.5 trust pilot rating, yet they aren’t known on trust pilot at all!!

Dodgy company!
