DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They provide defective products which are not fit for purpose and refuse to repair, refund, or replace when issues arise. I bought a £80 hose from them which started leaking after fewer than 5 uses. They absolutely refused to engage and claimed that the hose leaking everywhere didn't affect its functionality. As the person paying the water bill, I am extremely unhappy with this response. They then sent me a link to purchase another hose as the 'solution'. Avoid at all costs, I think they are basically a front to offload dodgy products that aren't worth a fraction of what they are charging.

Purchased a hedge trimmer, reviews said good quality, returns available. Neither is true! We tried to return the hedge trimmer unused as it was not of good quality and certainly was not up to cutting large hedges. The battery looked of poor quality. Only a 2 page booklet in the box, no return policy, no details of how to contact this company. Customer services told us we would have to pay to return the item to China and if it was damaged en route we would not get a refund! DO NOT BUY from this company! We cannot trace anyone responsible, customer services take forever to reply. Should have read real reviews first!

As others who have already commented. This is an absolute shambles of a company. The quality is of tne lowest standard I have ever seen. It came damaged ( grassbox) No return label issued. It's a Chinese company operating out of a warehouse in the south of England. You can not return it to the dispatch area. I reported the company to the Citizens Advice and Consumer Rights Act. From whom I have received a bog standard email. I have been in a too and fro email debacle with them about wanting to return it and was seeking a full refund. They were persistent in offering a replacement part and some compensation ( but not both at the same time) which started at 3% and over the 92 emails up to date 11/07/2026 ( so far) made it all the way up to 12%. Obviously I have refused at every step. The refund was offered in pounds ( not stated as GBP or any other currency). When I did ask, If I were to accept their offer, why could they no issue the refund and send the replacement part together. I clearly said in every email that I was seeking a full refund. The last communication from them was, They have dispatched the replacement part and it currently sits with Evri. They did also try to badger me into returning it, all the way to China, at my expense and risk. At that point I said I bought it in the UK and would return it in the packaging they sent it in. Anyway, sorry for the rant. IN SHORT, P*ss poor Product, with P*ss poor customer service. DO NOT USE.

I recently purchased a garden hose from this company. I had a leak within a few weeks of purchase but when I complained they tried to blame me for the defect. Their customer service is disgusting. After many emails they finally offered a 3% discount which is an absolute insult. I would never ever use Lawnora again.

This is a Chinese scam site selling substandard, non-returnable goods. Unfortunately i fell for it! Now in the process of trying to get my money back. Fortunately I buy everything with a credit card. A tip. Dont buy anything from a sponsored website. Scroll down and always use trust pilot before hitting the pay button!

I ordered a hedge trimmer after being fooled by a spoof review online and tried to cancel within an hour and they said it had already been sent. I didn't even open the box and tried to find out how to send it back. I have sent multiple emails and photos and asked to return it to the address it was shipped from. They said it would have to be sent back to China at my expense with customs fees and if there had been any damage they would not refund OR I could accept a 3% refund and keep the product! I have disputed with Mastercard

This company is fraudulent…its products are rubbish. It avoids responsibility for all complaints & ignores our consumer laws. So how come trustpilot has a positive line through 5 stars? This renders trustpilot ‘untrustworthy’

I ordered a Garden Strimmer on line, I tried to cancel it 20 minutes later, to be told it had been dispatched.

2 days later, I received an email from Evri, saying they were expecting the parcel.

I again tried to cancel, the customer support email, is an AL Chat Bot.

The strimmer arrived, as expected it is utter rubbish and unusable.

I have now been asked to return the product to China at my cost and will then incur a restocking charge. There was also the suggestion it may get damaged or lost on route which I would be liable for.

The final insult was they have offered me 3% discount, and suggested I gift it to a friend!!

I bought the Flexi hose and within a week it leaked. Emails sent back and forth but just constantly saying no video attached. Clearly AI.
Really upset with the treatment and product.

The hose was great to start with but within a week it was leaking through what seems 3 punctures.
I was told by the company that they would not exchange it as every hose pipe was tested and it must have happened on my watch. I have no shape objects that could have caused this and it obviously is a manufacturing fault.
An expensive item like that should last for years. I will never buy from them again, any other company would have exchanged it immediately.

Total scammers absolute rubbish and the contact is useless I bought the strimmer and it's rubbish can't get any sense from SHELLEY lol as others have said AI generated avoid this company like the plague nothing but rubbish and scammers wish I had seen these reviews before I bought this for my husband I would have sooner gave my money to a charity than theses scammers

This company is a Chinese scam. You cannot get a refund for inferior products despite what the website says

Terrible company. I only clicked one star because you have to leave some stars to be able to do the review.

I cancelled my order within 15 minutes of making it, but the following day they insisted that they had already dispatched my items. Then, two hours after that a dispatch notice was sent to me via email. So they lied.

I emailed them about this and at every point I told them that I would be immediately returning the item and they just kept sending me template emails saying that their guarantees were for a year.

Also, I noticed in their refund policy they said that they charge you for a restocking fee. That's illegal and against UK consumer laws and they're doing it because this is a drop shipping process that they've got set up, so they never have the stock.

Any online order made can be refunded without question within 14 days because you haven't seen the item and you haven't been able to look at it.

I mentioned this but every time I asked for their help, they just sent me a template email telling me that they had this 12-month warranty or they purposely ignored my email content and at no point entered into a meaningful, reasonable, or coherent conversation. It was so dull.

So I had to go to my credit card company and ask for a chargeback. They asked me to provide all the evidence to them, and once reviewed, they issued it. But note I had to wait the statutory time they have to allow, for a company to issue the refund (which they were never going to do), so that meant that while I did get my full refund, it took about a month in total.

I don't know if these people that are running Lawnora.com can speak good English or not, because that wasn't evident either as some of their replies were just standard (cut and paste), and repeated consisitently, but whatever they're doing, they know absolutely full well that they have to give you a refund - they just try it on - by being unhelpful, or vague, or insisting, as they're hoping you'll give up and disappear. Lord knows what it would have been like if the item hadn't worked or been faulty!!

So my advice to potential customers - Avoid at all costs. I believe the professional review, which came up when I did my initial research has been paid for as I only found this one place that mentioned them. It looked credible but if this item was so good it would have been mentioned / recommended in several places - like the one I eventually bought is. I made the first purchase tired and late at night but that still doesn't excuse Lawnora's bad behaviour and terrible customer service.

I only gave one star as could not go into minus. Scammers.
Tried and asked for refund for mower and trimmer which both came three weeks apart - no explanation with broken and missing parts. What a load of rubbish!
AI response (Shelly) - what a con! Silly AI responses but never sent return form I have asked for.
This company changes name and location on a regular basis here in UK according to gov.uk but then goes out of business so how can they still be operating?
I hope everyone reports this company.
My mower was sent from an address in UK but they refuse any knowledge.

Do not use this company- sub standard products at high costs shipping from China. When trying to return fur to poor quality you are faced with postage back to China and a re stocking fee.

What is not understandable is that this company is clearly taking advantage of the British public and our trading standards department who are extremely well funded and rewarded seem almost complicit.

A scam company with exceptionally poor quality products and customer service. Avoid like the plague!

Bought strimmer and hedge trimmer what’s happening with this company is they pay Google to be first 3 advertisers they sell customer total crap quality products no contact information just email no one reply’s 17 emails I sent to cancel order no response do not buy anything from them there scammers
