I signed up to therapy unsure what to expect. I can honestly say I am eternally grateful for how much it has changed my life. I have changed into a person who I like to be and have all of the tools I need if I find myself in a situation. Nirvana has shown me so much kindness and patience from the very first session and I can’t thank her enough for everything she has done. Couldn’t recommend this service more.

A great experience!
Having had a serious health issue a few years ago, I have suffered from terrible anxiety and stress. I wanted to reclaim my life, and having tried various therapies and therapists (none of which actually tackled the issue), I found Lavender Therapy. I am so glad I did! Even after one session, my anxiety faded to almost nothing, and after three sessions, I feel better than ever! I cannot recommend Phil enough, he totally understood my state of mind, and guided me to understand what was happening to me and why. I will be forever grateful!

Best decision ever
I've had an amazing service through Lavender therapy. I was helped with issues of the past, they helped me to overcome it and work through it, in order to have a better life. I was reluctant to go for therapy for years, but I am really grateful for making that decision. I would recommend everyone at least use the free session to find out more. Thank you so much Lavender 🙏

Incredible service
Extremely supportive therapists who deeply care about your issues. I have had therapy in the past and it just hasn’t benefited me, after coming to Lavender I can safely there their approach is so impactful and I’d recommend them to anyone
