I have been working with Andrew Gonsalves for several months, and I genuinely cannot praise him highly enough.

I initially came to Andrew feeling completely stuck following the loss of my mum. I was experiencing anxiety, sleepless nights, indecision, and a deep sense of sadness. From the very beginning, Andrew created a space that felt safe, grounding and supportive—but what truly sets him apart is the depth of his expertise and the way he gently challenges you to go further than surface-level understanding.

Through his professionalism, insight, and thoughtful approach, Andrew helped me uncover and understand the underlying causes of what I was experiencing—not just the symptoms. More importantly, he equipped me with practical ways to manage them, while also helping me develop a far greater sense of compassion and understanding towards myself.

Beyond this, Andrew has supported me through a number of significant life events, including major surgery, periods of ill health, and both personal and professional challenges. His consistency, care, and ability to meet you exactly where you are is truly exceptional.

To say he has been an incredible coach, support, and trusted resource feels like an understatement. I have worked with counsellors before, and Andrew is, without question, the best I have ever experienced.

Lavender are incredibly fortunate to have him as part of their team. I wholeheartedly recommend Andrew to anyone looking not just to cope, but to be empowered to truly thrive in life.

Working with Phil has been the best decision I have ever made. 2 years ago I was lost, I had no confidence, anxiety was sky high, I was doubting myself all the time and just generally felt low. So I made the first step to seek therapy. Phil creates a safe place for you to find and discover who you really are and now I am writing this feeling confident, I am proud of who I am and I believe I can achieve my dreams. I no longer live in fear (anxiety) and I'm grateful for every opportunity I have. I can't thank Phil enough for giving me my life back, I would highly recommend. Phil also goes above and beyond, he is happy for me to call / txt in-between sessions and is always there for any advice.

First met Karmel when my relationship was at its worst. 4 sessions later we know how to talk to each other and not cause major issues where one of us walk out.

Oh my goodness where do I start! Nirvana you are amazing. Your energy your patience and your listening ear. The way you help me find my strengths and make me believe in myself again is just amazing! The way you help me understand situations and help me take accountability where needed but also help me stand up for myself. Your methods have helped me massively and I use them in every day life. There is no pressure in your sessions and I feel like I can just talk no judgement. I made to feel at ease every session. I always leave them feeling like I have got a little piece of me back. Nirvana, you deserve so much credit. I’m really glad I found you to help me figure my stuff out. I don’t think there is anyone better out there. She is fantastic

Nirvana is without doubt an experienced practitioner who listens and responds to your needs positively always there to assist. Overall a very positive experience would highly recommend lavender therapy and particularly Nirvana.

He was good for me but my husband thought he was dismissing his PTSD!! My husband likes to be centre and not me!!
I feel betrayed and worthless because of what he’s done and still doing, I feel like he’s taking advantage of me and my mental health state. I feel like it’s all my fault even though I know it isn’t, he’s constantly hurting me by his behaviour and actions. He talks a good talk but his actions are none existent. My is he doing this to me. I may aswell not be here then I won’t be hurting and he may be happy with the lying cheating marriage wreck she is!!!

So dont normally have anyrhing good to say about therapists but omg karmel cofalla is the best therapist ive ever had! So supportive and geninuinly actually cares to ge give the best support for someone and dose not treat it like a job and gives the impression she actually enjoys what she does (unlike most therapists) would definitely recommed to anyone that needs a wonderful and caring therapist! As ive been doing it since end of January and i can feel a difference!

Practically and empathetically encouraging, enabling steps to change the lense through which I view the world and the way I can tackle issues, whilst increasing my understanding.

Just over a month ago I finally made the call to properly reach out for help, lavender were quick with contacting me back and they were more than happy talking me through things.
After being worried at first, starting this was big for me but every session with Nirvana I always feel welcome and heard. After every session too I’ve always walked away feeling like not only have I learned so much but I’ve also got techniques in my life to help me now for the first time! I feel very heard and understood, coming to lavender and Nirvana is one of the best decisions I’ve made now

I decided to contact Lavendertherapy after a personal event which shook me to the core, within a day or so i was introduced to Karmel. I have to confess i was initially sceptical but by the second session i could start to anticipate benefits - what a kind and absolutely perfect match, Karmel exceeded all my expectations and has put me on a good path. Have no doubts this lady is an excellent therapist. Highly recommended.

I’ve been having sessions with Lily for a few weeks now and it’s literally the best thing i’ve ever done. Lily has made me feel so safe, comfortable and validated with whatever I bring to her. I’ve never been able to feel comfortable and understood when talking about some of the traumas and issues I’ve experienced and already in such a sort time I feel like I understand everything so much more. My outlook on life and even therapy has changed drastically and I am really looking forward to making more progress with Lily’s help. Easily the best decision i’ve ever made and I am so grateful <3

I’ve been having sessions for quite a while with Nirvarna and the progress I have made is unimaginable. Week in and week out she makes me feel comfortable and not judged, she’s so easy to talk to and after every session I feel as if a little bit more weight has been lifted and I can see the changes in myself.
She is able to adapt to any given situation and is always available when you need her. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of having nirvana as my therapist for almost a year now. She has the kindest heart, is always there in case of an emergency anytime I need her.

She’s helped me overcome childhood traumas, relationship issues/trauma as well as help with my anxiety.

I found nirvana when I was completely lost and at times broken and she is a huge reason as to why I’m still here today putting my pieces back together, growing stronger each day.

There aren’t enough positive superlatives to explain my experience with Phil and Lavender Therapy. I thought Phil was as ‘kooky’ as they come when I first met him (virtually, as was our method of connection,) but, I grew to understand him and his methods and can, without doubt, recommend this man as your therapist. He’s changed my life and although he would say “you’ve done this yourself,” I disagree and wholeheartedly believe in his methods. This man’s diary should be forever booked up by people like me who needed immediate care and needs continuous guidance. This guy gets a 6/5 score from me. Which hopefully speaks volumes of the man’s character and professionalism to his therapeutic craft.

Nirvana is an incredible therapist who, even in our few sessions together so far, has helped me an indescribable amount. She creates such a welcoming and understanding environment during her sessions, and is extremely easy to talk to. She clearly knows her stuff, and somehow always knows how best to help! If therapy is something you think would be beneficial to you, Nirvana is a wonderful place to start.
