The delivery and pick up was…
The delivery and pick up was good.However, ironing was extremely horrible half of the clothes not even iron properly. They did not iron my dress arms at all. I won’t use this service.

We would like to explain the issue with your ironing service. Many of your items were labeled as "dry clean only." As a result, cleaning them against the manufacturer's recommendations caused severe wrinkling. As a professional laundry service, we always recommend following the manufacturer's cleaning guidelines found on each garment's label.
This advice was communicated to your husband upon delivery. We must clarify that we are not responsible for the quality of the initial cleaning, as we did not perform that service. We only provided the ironing service as requested.
We have reached out to you in hope of assisting you with your negative experience of our service.

A really friendly, super fast service
A really friendly, first class service. Stephen does all of our throws and blankets for us and they always come back pristine. The turnaround is super fast and so convenient - and reliable too, which is key. I can’t recommend Laundry Wish enough! (And all my family use them too.)

Excellent laundry service
I was pleased to find a company which could handle a couple of large items that required laundering and delighted with the results. The service provided was swift, professional and efficient, and communications were excellent. They were surprisingly successful at removing a stain and the items are now returned to perfect condition. I am happy to recommend their services.
