Problems with delivery--took way too…
Problems with delivery--took way too long. Delivered in the late evening, couldn't see the damage on the vehicle, then given run around on getting replacement parts.
Disappointed with the customer service and support. Contacted customer service about needed replacement parts, which should be under warranty, no questions asked, just told to look at parts replacement list on a non functional link.
If I could turn back the hands of time, I'd not have taken this scooter. Very disappointed.

Nevertheless, we would like to give a word to the situation that happened to you. Due to the high interest in our products in some months (especially in the peak season), the delivery time may be extended and take more than 5 business days. Anyway, we always inform our clients when such a situation has a place and stay in touch with them to be able to give them fast updates about their order. We always honour the contract and the promise given to our customers, that is why we did our best to deliver your order by the day it was planned. You are right - it may have been in the evening, but if so, you were informed about it and have agreed to that. We are convinced that the delivery wasn't late at night because we simply do not work in such late hours and respect our clients' time. We are truly sorry your scooter has been damaged, nevertheless, we ensure you that we delivered it in the condition of production and the damage you've noticed is not our employers' fault. There is also no way to claim that because of the late night and darkness, we didn't notice any damage. The daytime has never influenced the quality of our products and service. We ensure you that if our delivery driver noticed some damage, he will for sure take the proper steps and actions due to our and our manufacturer's standards. At the same time, we want to highlight that it is also the customer's responsibility to get to know the exact condition of the vehicle. If there is anything in doubt, the customer has the right to decline the delivery. When it comes to your product and the delivery, nothing like that has a place, and the delivery driver got your signature on the delivery note. By this signature, you confirm the perfect scooters' condition, so nothing has any doubts for us. If you've contacted our customer service department, and you get the info that damage you were willing to repair isn't under the warranty, this is because of Veleco warranty policy. Terms and conditions can be found in the user manual you get with your scooter, as well as on our website: https://lauftech.de/warranty/ We ensure you that our specialists work in addition to our and our manufacturer's standards, including directing customers to the places in Web where they can buy the original spare parts in an attractive price. And so they did this time. Unfortunately, if the link they sent you didn't work, there is nothing we can do about it because it seems like a server error.
We are very sorry that you've got such negative experiences with our company. We believe that your vehicle is now working well, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to make our relations better.

Ottimo prodotto, funziona benissimo, il motore è potente ed in salita non da problemi. La batteria, al piombo, da una buona autonomia anche se è bene non esagerare con la scarica, altrimenti non ha lunga durata. Non perdere occasione per una ricarica.
Il venditore è cortese e cerca di risolvere tutti i problemi. Acquisto consigliatissimo!
