This was a terrible experience
This was a terrible experience! We ordered the flowers to be delivered for an anniversary. We asked if they delivered to that region and they told us that they did, so we proceeded with the order. Only after the funds processed did they tell us that there was an additional fee to send to that region. They did not deliver the flowers on time but 5 days later. They did not communicate the day of the delivery but only after the anniversary. The ONLY reason they get an extra star is because the flowers were beautiful. And they should be for that price. Overall it was terrible prices, terrible communication, terrible delivery timing. I do NOT recommend this service.

Website is not really practical. Website did not give the chance to put the period of time for delivery, and did not specify Sender, Recipient, and the deceased person. Because of that I had to write an email to make it clear.
Also, I did not receive a notification of delivery and who signed the delivery. I had to request by email.
Not using this company for the future.

Es ist meine zweite Bestellung bei LatinFlores.Ich schicke auf diesem Weg Grüsse aus Deutschland nach Mexiko. Toll ist, dass zu den Blumen auch Torte gesendet werden kann. Das allerdings nur in Mexiko-City. Diese scheint meinen Kindern aber zu schmecken. Die Lieferung war immer pünktlich. "In echt" sieht der Strauss etwas anders aus, als der
bestellte. Das ist war aber in Ordnung, weil eine schönere Zusammenstellung. Der Dialog mit dem Unternehmen klappt über WhatsApp in der Regel ganz gut. Alles in allem bin ich froh, LatinFlores gefunden zu haben.
