Order fast charger. Does not work. Sent email requesting refund.

Ordered 4 charger cords months ago.
Still no cords, no real tracking number, says delivered, it was not!
Been emailing them....getting nothing but "run around" SCAM

I ordered chargers from this company as a Christmas gift for my girls. Was told it would arrive in time. When I found out it was going to be late tried to contact company wouldn't refund my money or cancel my order even though it said it had not been shipped. Days later contacted them again they said they would expedite it. Here we are in January still nothing the tracking info I have said they just got through customs. Please do not buy from this company I don't know if or even when I will see my money back

Update: both my orders arrived. None of the cords came in the case that was advertised that they would come in. One reason I ordered them for my collage/ high school age children, niece and nephew. I have not used they yet because I’m still wanting a refund.

I ordered 2 times on the same day the 4 in 1 USB chargers. Claims to be a company called BazwTEN co.Ltd
Ordered 12/11. Says shipped.
Have 2 different tracking numbers for the same product from the different companies. I’m getting emails from this company but under PayPal it is listed as BazwTEN co.Ltd .
One tracking shows it came from Ireland and is in Omaha and the other one shows it Shipped from China and was in Chicago for weeks. When I complained the package moved to Indiana.
Have an open report through PayPal seller giving me run around

I ordered 2 lightning quick chargers. 1 worked, 1 didn’t. I have tried to get a refund or a replacement, they just keep giving me the runaround. It took a month for me to actually receive them. Worst company and customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

The items too too long to arrive. I tried to cancel after waiting several weeks, but the order was in progress. Then it arrived, $123.00 worth of product, I did not even open the package and notified them that I wanted to return it.
I was within their “return policy.” Notified with 14 days, unopened, unused. They began negotiating a refund—$12, 17, 24, etc. they never addressed their return policy, only said they were sorry for the inconvenience. Their own written return policy is clearly stated and I was clearly within it. Although they must be on a foreign country, the package came from a fraudulent address in Chicago. Scam scam scam.
The Facebook ad showed good reviews from 135,000 customers. Right.

Do not order!!! I have waited almost 2 months for a package, and found they provided a FAKE tracking number. I thought this company was legit. BEWARE!!!
Plus they charged me over $10 MORE than said. Scam Scam Scam

Ordered charging cables from Last largely in early December and what led me to believe that something shady was afoot, was when they gave me a tracking number for a non company even before the pkg was sent out to a postal office in (get this… Wein, Austria). Any requests I made to their customer service email were answered with a canned response that included updates. The kind that show movement and are meant to string you along. They say pkg in customs now. Now pkg leaving customs and to the postal facility. Days later. Pkg is awaiting final approval for shipping in Austria. You get the picture. It’s now Christmas Day and the latest was that the pkg was in Corvallis, US. Which I’m assuming Oregon. Never Never Never deal with this company or others that sell inexpensive items(crap). Especially if they are out of country. I feel like a major heel but the good news would be that they didn’t get much but it’s still my hard earned money. Spread the word.

The charger (I ordered 2) I was so excited to finally get superchargers that are super fast and could charge my iPad and iPhone that have different chargers! This product never works I have videos and pictures of both of them

Ordered 11-22. Here we are on Christmas Eve and no receipt of order. Tracking just stopped as of Dec 20th. The link to their customer service does not work. The PayPal info entered shows a USPS tracking number but when I enter the number on the usps site,it is an invalid tracking number. Case filed with PayPal for refund. And I had to spend extra on replacement gifts in the meantime.

I placed an order at the beginning of November and the site stated guaranteed Christmas delivery. It is now Christmas Eve and I never received my items. They are non responsive to emails. I’ll be filing for a claim for a full refund with my credit card company.

Do not order from this company. My shipment is 6 weeks in transit, tracking all over the world. They are very dishonest and will not refund my money.

Facebook should be ashamed they show a all in one charger I buy it get 2 they say get it by Christmas I paid the express delivery if 8 dollars the itens are in Italy why the ad says made in America itens I’m in the us wtf it’s still there in customs I’m not gonna get it in time I’m pissed and Facebook should be fined for putting these ads on like this

Do not order from this company. I ordered the wrong chargers and finally got here in 3 weeks, told them they don't fit my phone and took a short video of product, per there request. They offered me $3 for my $30 I spent. Finally said they couldn't take them back and said they would give me $7. I doubt that will happen. Stay away from this company!!

My experience with them is horrible as well. Ordered like 10 phone chargers for Christmas presents and here it is December 17th and nothing. And they tacked on extra charges to over $100 dollars that nobody can explain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are complete scammers and you will get nothing.

This company are scammers. I purchased an item then was listed at about $40 USD that ended up costing over $50 USD with no explanation at to why. Then they sent the wrong colour and would not exchange it so I then decided to use it and found that it was broken. They offered 11 USD refund for an item that is not usable as it is broken. I lodge a complaint with paypal and now I have to return the item at my expense and once they get it and check it I may get a refund. Chances are they will say they never got it and I will be out of pocket even more. Why should I have to pay to return a broken item? Their customer service is also ridiculous and not helpful at all. Stear clear of this company. They are scammers

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY,OBIOUSLY A SCAM .I ORDERED A PHONE CHARGER ON NOVEMBER 21,STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANYTHING TRIED TO CONTACT THEM,THEY FAILED TO ANSWER ME.. THIS IS RIDICULOUS...IT IS NOW 18 DAYS AND NOTHING I EVEN PAID FOR EXPIDITE SHIPPING.

Turns out product originated in Spain. Still showing in Spain. No product delivered. Customer Service no help. Definitely seems like a scam!
