This is a scam. I ordered from them 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything. I asked for a refund and they just told me to wait longer. Horrible product, horrible customer service.

Avoid like the plague. They lie on their website “ beforehatched.com is proud to offer its great products at fabulous prices to customers across the globe. Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina. In addition to bolstering the global economy by increasing jobs, it also means a speedier delivery for our customers.” Not true! My order was sent from overseas. After over 6 weeks of waiting I asked for a refund. They said they would need to charge me for shipping cost and product fee given it got lost. Entirely un helpful. Dont waste your time

Complete scam. Hate to think you can’t trust ads on instagram. Placed order for a smoothie maker 6 weeks ago. Nothing.

I don't usually fall for scam websites, but I did w/this one. Ordered the apothecary herb seed kit, it never arrived. sent numerous emails, got replies like 'we are on vacation' and 'have a nice life'. Disputing w/CC company. Do NOT order from this site.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I purchased the Ancestral Apothecary Seed Chest more than three months ago. Until it arrived, I would receive regular e-mail updates on the parcel’s transit location, initially indicating it was coming from Switzerland. It's clear from my follow-up communication that these scammers are based in China. When the product did finally arrive, the overall quality was nowhere near what they advertised, and almost all of the “seeds” had fallen out of their containers and were piled to one side of the box. When I reached out to them to resolve this issue, they offered to credit me $8 (we paid $90!) I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and I cannot stress enough, DO NOT purchase from these scammers.

I ordered an $86 iron serving tray and received a tin tray nothing at all like what I ordered. They offered $6 back as “goodwill”. I am livid. The website says full refund if not satisfied. This is a scam site.

Absolute garbage. Do not buy from this company. Item looked nothing like the photo and, despite what their website says, they do not permit returns!!

When I sent a email, they said they don’t recognize my email that I must have the wrong company! I should’ve picked up on a couple of red flags like a couple of words out of place and confirmation page looked exactly like another order. I placed that morning with a different company on line

Can I leave a zero?? Ordered the seed kit and never arrived. They sent 2 different FAKE tracking numbers. Escalated to PayPal and hope they do something.

THREE MONTHS. Nothing but lies. They tell me the item cleared US customs a few days ago. Their delivery service says its still in China. Now they're silent. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM

This company is a scam for sure. I ordered Fireplace Stocking and Garland Hanger × 1 and what I received was some garbage pieces of metal. After multiple emails the company forced me to pay shipping back to China and would not compensate me for the shipping. I shipped it back to China only to find out that they did not accept the package and it was shipped back to me and I was required to pay tariffs on that same package.

the only reason there is one star is so I can write the review. should be ZERO STARS. the product was delivered looking TOTALLY different than the ad and the customer service was unresponsive when I emailed to send it back. TOTAL RIPOFF. DO NOT BUY. PRODUCT LOOKED WORSE THAN A DOG FOOD BOWL

BUYER BEWARE!! I am having a horrible experience with them. The item I ordered is NOT what I received. I feel like it was a bait and switch. I sent pictures of the garbage I received along what I should have received. They are fighting my return saying the warehouse shipped what I ordered.....NO they didn't . It looks nothing like the photo from the website.

I ordered the “medicinal seed chest” in December. It still has not arrived. Customer service will not give a refund and they said they’d reship it. There is a link to a fake-looking logistics company for shipping and it has it stopping at numerous locations. Total scam. Hopefully PayPal will refund me. Don’t but shit from Facebook and this Chinese crap.

Zero stars if possible. Do not waste your time and money. Took 3 months to receive charcuterie bowls and $90 and received a box of trash! Looks nothing like advertised, total scam for something that costs less than $5 to make!

I ordered the stocking mantel hangers. I never received them although I did receive a very random item that I never ordered but wasn't sure if it was from them. Because the tracking shows a package being delivered that day, they claim it was received so I would have to take it up with the shipping company. Such a waste of money!! Wish I had read reviews first.

Expensive "iron" serving bowls as described on the website showed up weeks later as spray painted tin bowls. Something worth $10. Garbage and I'm not sure how a website like this is still allowed to operate.

I would say zero stars if it was possible. Aggressive Instagram advertising, fell for a beautiful charcuterie board. Ordered for Christmas in November. Zero communication. It just arrived January 12 and looks NOTHING like the picture (I have photos) - it is a cheap piece of junk that literally looks nothing like the picture advertised except that it is composed of round flat bowls. NOTHING like the photo.

This is a follow-up to the review previously written. Advice to those having an issue getting a full credit on item (s) needing to be returned. Since this company was offering me a $7.00 credit that I paid almost $87.00 I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They have issued a full credit to my account. This is a China based company and they are not a reliable company.

I paid $151 for garland hangers and, when they finally arrived over a month later, they do not work as described. They are flimsy and do not hold onto the mantle. When contacted, they started by offering me $12. Many emails later, their final offer was $36 and that was it. I should have looked at reviews first before purchasing.
