Overall I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. I do tend to wait for the sales or free shipping though. The only reason why I give four stars instead of five is because whenever I do have to pay shipping it is a little bit steep. I ship things all day everyday as an avid social media and online salesperson. I know it definitely does not cost that much to pack and ship the tiny vial that I buy. Other than that the product itself is fantastic. Just watch for sales and free shipping offers to save money.
